@djkells3 The thing about lacrosse is that you need to be able to get hit and hit other people. if you can do this and keep the ball youll be a much better player. you also should do some wall ball sessions every day for anywhere from 15-60 mins. lefty and righty. also get to a local net like twice a week and just shoot for a while. this will make you an overall bettwe player

@ummaze39 dude that's the exact thing i do! i go to this spot by the field house where we suit up and shoot on the net there and ill play wall ball doing normal overhand this sidearm type thing kyle harrison was speaking of and ill also do this thing when i switch hands after i catch theyre all 50 lefty 50 righty
