I'm a graveyard waitress at Denny's. I'm sorry about your trouble! It's tough about the whole rule things, but it's really not our call, we'd get written up if we served adults off the kids menu. The sad part is-there are ways around the rules that will make everyone happy, and your servers didn't know them! I apologize on behalf of Denny's!

alright, heres a story for ya my man. So my gramps goes to denny's. He orders himself some coffee. He drinks the coffee (after waiting like,20 minutes to get it...) He then has to stop the manager to get him a refill! so the manager has been cleaning tables. The manager pours him some coffee! As the coffee is being poured, all that chump water from the dirty rag goes into his drink!! The manager ignores it!!! So my gramps leaves. He didnt pay 2 nickels to that chump!
