  • you're going to think i'm crazy, but this is the most honest advice i can give you. the way i stopped binging was by smoking weed. it makes you less carring of the bad things in life, and look more to the good, but you're thinking. "i'll get the munchies", but i just smoke before i go to bed and then i'm fine once i sleep them off. and "no" weed is actually not addictive, and if it was it's way better than being bulimic and i'm so fine now because of it, it's healed me.

  • well thank you, I do appreciate the advice, and I have friends that smoke, and could easily get weed from them, but I wanna say I did this the total natural clean way, and I think I can, coffee is like my weed though, it has the opposite effect on me than typical people, for me it calms my nerves, and im taking it one step at a time, but yeh my friend lost like 40lbs by smoking weed instead of snaking, but I also can't stand the smell, plus I'd prolly get in alot of trouble, it I got caught

  • yeah, you can get in trouble for it, and for a lota people, it's just not the thing for them, and it's totally understandable.

    that's awesome that you've been sticking to getting yourself back on your feet, and doing it cold turkey.

    it's always good to find things that help yourself out with this, like how coffee helps you.

  • i totally know the chocolate chip cookie-thing! if i don't get the sweets i want i go search for alternative sweets! and then i eat 10 times the amount i would i'd had the sweets i'd craved!

  • I can tell you, ur theory is right, when u have exactly what you want you eat less and binging happens when you can't have exactly what you want, I find this to be true for myself. And you can order practically any food from the internet and have it delivered to your house
