  • all that to power a projecter lol thats nice but very inconvienent and i dont think people would do that even if we didnt have power

  • Using that particular bike with no clip-in pedals only gets you about %60 efficiency. So if the rider is pedaling at a 200 watt pace (which is pretty good) we can only get about 100 watts of electricity per rider from the system after mechanical and inverter losses. Using a regular road bike with clip-in pedals and better gearing is much more efficient. We powered the projector, a PA system, and the laptop, which totaled about 500 watts, for almost an hour.
