  • @BoxMechanic what cables do you need for getting output from the kp3 to a mixer and then to speakers?

  • @nasa06 KP3 outputs are RCA. So the cable depends of the mixer input then. But RCA cable is the minimum needed, after that, some adapters maybe.

  • You should put some voice in this song . it will be so cool !

  • Way to make good use of an ingenious piece of equipment.

  • thi is a good sound perfect!

  • hi, can you only connect these to one cdj, as I can fiind a way of having both cdjs connected to it. message me when u can

  • just buy a cable spliter, itl be effects on the master output rather than each deck tho

  • how do you use it can some one tell me... i want to buy it....nice beat at the biginning man,...

  • you're doing pretty good for someone new. I like all your loops but the drum one. The shy use of the effects just makes your loop a priority over the crazy unjustified effects.. it's good.

I suggest you work more on your percussion loops, on both their structure and dry sound.

    have fun!

  • Hoofing sounds.

  • pretty cool

how did you connect it to ableton?

    have you got a mixer?

do you need a mixer for the kaos pad?

  • this + alesis micron = heaven.

  • HI. I just saw your comment and would like to pick your brain. I actually have the kaossilator and the alesis micron. I was strongly considering purchasing the Kaoss Pad how do you use these things in your setup? just curious. could i sample loops directly from the kaossilator or from the alesis micron's patterns rythms or setups to use on the kp3? thanks. sorry to ask so many questions.

  • that comment was directed at rolandFRA and anyone else using an alesis micron and the kaoss products in an electronics setup.

  • actually, i use the kp3 and the micron separately so i can give the micron its own amp and pedal. im sure you can sample from other instruments directly though, given the ridiculous range of function the kp3 has.

  • this thing scares me for some reason.

  • haha

  • nice sound / track man.

  • can you make all these sounds just by using the kaoss pad?

    someplease reply

  • no, its limited on sounds built in, but mainly for fx

  • You can use a program like Fruity Loops and make the different loops and transfer them to KP3 via awesome SD slot.

  • After you do that, you can access those loops at any time on the KP3, right? (assuming that you leave the SD card in there)

  • yeah but you have to load them every time which takes a while. not something i would do live unless you only need 4 then you can load them while setting up. and it takes a few button presses to load them.

  • Great job and great tune!

  • Im just wondering

do you have to loop the samples or can you set it to just play the sample once?

  • The Kaoss Pad 3 is great. :) I really want to get one. ^^ I'd use it for Gameboy loops and such.

  • groovy

  • WOW + the sound is in STEREO ! How did you do that!

  • if i were to guess, he plugged the output of the kaoss pad into the line in on the camera instead of using the cameras microphone to pick up the sound.

  • mmmmyeahh True i think it is too but Youtube Usually put everything in Mono But here no thats good

  • no, it doesn't.

Maybe it's your video editing software.

  • VERY good. Dude, would you be interested in a small music-related job? Contact me.

  • no lie this is sound is freaken fresh

i just bought a korg kaoss pad today cause i wanna do crazy guitar effects and wow

its fun but i see u got this down for techno or hiphop

  • wow!!!!
