na i notice whats going on... she does a short lil hop before teleporting.. ppl will try to kick u during the beginning of the teleport and this evades that
this often times ends up killing me more than helping, like I'll get hit away then use Farores wind to sweet spot the edge and shes hops away and makes me miss.
If you're in the middle of being knockback and use a recovery move or something of the sort, you get a boost upward and in the direction you're headed slightly. I might upload a vid detailing it more.
Maybe its like Fox's shine or illusion, if you do it at the right time, he'll float upwards a little bit while he preforms the attack. Other than that, I don't really see anything, sorry.
that is the technique that is being displayed here, "advanced techniques" that faggots like GerWalker2 like to make up are usually really simple and obvious things like this.
no, if you pay attention closely, & if you play Zelda than you'll know & see the difference, your right about it not being the best example but I don't see anyone else trying to improve Zelda's metagame
you're talking about the little push right before you teleport, right? that happens with every character. what you call 'metagame', i call 'common sense'.
It's talking about the little boost you get when you use FW. It has NOTHING to do with pressing X/Y, you just use FW at the peak of a knockback and you get that little boost.
This is just teleporting out of attacks...

This is just upBing. Fair enough that you move slightly during the upB but this really isn't a technique.

Still the same.
You jump then Farore Wind.
That is basicly nothing.
It's like jumping with Pikacuh and then using the Up Special.
I already knew before you told me.

Farore's wind is the name of the normal move. GerWalker2 is naming this 'technique' Farore's Boost.
