when playing the drums with the cymbals on how do you tell if its going to be either a highhat or a tom? same color there now what 7 pads with them but still only 4 colors to choose from? guitr hero has all the colors on the dums .. so you can tell the diff .. my opinion unless someone tells me hwo to tell a difference guitar hero is better

Yes, they can be slanted. There are wing nuts on the top of them so you can loosen and tighten them.

i don't know what you mean by slanted but i did some research and the release date for ALL PACKAGES is January 2, 2009 for the UK, they will all be released the same day, unlike the U.S had them released one set eatch month. Yeah there you go, that will work but only with certain cymbals, if you try this, keep in mind that you will not have the velocity censitive feature. also setting them up may be a pain but good idea

At the end of the day these games make it or break in in the song choices, i have both Rock Band and Guitar Hero and i have to say that Guitar Hero seems alot better based on the Songs

I can go through Guitar Hero song by song and be happy with what im playing because there good songs and challenging, which is why i can play it over and over again.

Rock Band usually have some good songs but there not challenging or fun to play which is why GHWT will be better
