  • next time you practice, try to bend your knees more in order to generate power, and swing thru the ball so that you can transfer ur weight into the ball and thus create more power.

  • thanks for the tip. I'll try to do that next time i practice. Actually when i first started tennis, i was hitting the ball with a lot of power; then my coach asked me to focus on accuracy/stroke/sweetspot first before putting in the power. But yeah, i guess with 3 months of that, i am now ready to put the power!! yeah!
