  • You're GORGEOUS.

  • Comment removed

  • I'm so very sorry to make you aware of this, but not a single person will be able to digest whatever it is you're talking about in this video because you're so disturbingly beautiful. Tip? Stop distracting us with your loveliness!!!

  • You are very pretty and your body looks healthy.

  • God, I wish I was as pretty as you.

And NO, your not anorexic. You even made a video on the things you eat in a day so how the heck can people call you anorexic!! Your petite, some people have a naturally small bone structure, get over it!!

Thanks for all your uploads, keep posting!!xx

  • @ MszJackieChu Marry me? jk but wow shes an angel.

  • i love the way you talk

  • @MszJackieChu

Thank you for addressing concerns while providing healthy advice for us. I am sure you are very inspirational for women and girls alike, & I find your advice personally helpful. The moderation rule is key, but I really appreciate that you took your viewers on a day in your life so they can see what types of foods you eat to stay fit in your other video. Whole foods don't make you feel tired, and you are living proof. I really admire you and your lifestyle, so keep it up!!

  • People are silly, you have a reason to stay healthy. If there going to call you anorexic, they should realise what you eat, is actually a decent amount, but it's healthy.

  • It's ridiculous how people comment on ur living style. You're only trying to be helpful!

Sometimes u can't please everyone, and u don't have to please everyone!

  • Your such an inspiration

  • The first video I saw of yours was one talking about diet and exercise and I was instantly drawn in. You're so real. A lot of people on here give people false hopes about losing weight and what not and I really enjoy the fact that you're giving people useful advice rather than telling people how to do something thats impossible.

  • "the best version of myself i can possibly be." amen.

  • If more people cared for their health, they'd be able to prevent being fat in the first place. Why criticize a "skinny" woman for maintaining her already healthy weight so she doesn't end up fat? I'm tired of women putting down normal weight ppl just because obesity is on the rise and everyone is fat. Look up the statistics; no more fit people in America. Whenever fat women lose weight, suddenly it's okay to be thin right? In the meantime, they bash thin women because they're jealous. lol.

  • That skinny fat thing is so true. When I was little I could eat anything I wanted and never gained any weight but my metabolism isn't as fast as before so I turned skinny fat. I'm starting to work out and eat healthier though and I find your videos helpful :)

  • its true about the skinny fat ; Im caucasian living in an asian country, and skinny fat is everywhere.

  • The packaging is smaller :)) ASIANS FTW.

  • Six pack abs on women are so weird!!!!!!!!!!! @)

I loved this video and all that you said in it are SO TRUE!

  • I just stumbled upon your channel and subscribed. I am sure you hear this all the time but...Your hair is absolutely Gorgeous!

  • THANK YOU for this 0!

  • You. Are. AWESOME. You know a lot about weight and health and how you apply it is really helpful!

  • like kpop idols they are so skinny....

  • I think your videos are helpful because you actually speak the truth. You know what you're talking about and the people who say 'ah but you're skinny' are just taking out their jealousy on you because they can't be bothered to make the effort and you have an amazing body that they want. =]

  • I agree with you. People feel better when they are more healthy and they workout. Why wouldnt people want to feel happy right.

  • @PandaBaby51 I already addressed this in the comments many days ago :)

  • lol skinny fat.. yes!! My friend is a size 2, but she doesnt look good in a swiming suit cus you can see the flabs.. from the knees, stomach, and arm..... its cus we have small bones!!

  • I look up to to you so much! I started my fitness and diet routine after seeing your health video~ don't listen to the Haters! You are so beautiful ^^

  • you have no idea how much i look up to you.

  • Why is bad to exercise everyday? O.O

  • @Kirstenwinterx exercising everyday is bad because you're not giving your muscles enough time to heal in between and therefore can cause injuries during the workout.

  • @MglGrlO09 I agree that Japan is one of the healthiest countries( especially known for eating healthy, I believe)..but I think you kinda missed the part about not JUST about eating right, you also have to exercise! :) so no matter how healthy you're eating ,you're not using all the energy from the food consumed, which in the long run ,energy from food will be stored as body fat, which sucks i know @_@ therefore we must eat healthy and exercise also!

  • You're very eloquent and inspiring, I love you and keep those health vids coming

  • @Icecreamconification Me too; I agree! Thank you very much for uploading! ^_^

  • I think it's stupid how some people just automatically assume you're anorexic when you try to work out just because you're not overweight. There isn't a rule that says only overweight people are allowed to lose weight. That's total bs. Also, many skinny girls have a lot of visceral fat, and so even though they don't look fat, they actually "are"... Gosh, I really hate it when people start ranting about something they aren't educated with.

  • Thank you for helping me with my question. Sorry i can't reply to you reply because i can't find it, lol :/

  • Well said! "It wasnt about being fat! It was just about being the best version you can possibly be. I dont understand why people think that u need to be overweight to start taking care of urself." SUBSCRIBED!

  • ANOREXIC people don't eat healthy. They tend to skip meal, and some really don't eat....Jackie, on the other hand even advised to eat 6 times a day...

  • You are so cute and beep

  • For the most part I can really agree with what you say. However, being Asian and having Asian friends (chinese), I have realized that health is important but only to the extent of what we eat. Personally my parents always emphasize on eating more fruits and veggies and staying away from junk food. However they do not emphasize exercise, such as running or going to them gym AS MUCH as eating healthy. & this also applies to my family in china.

  • "you can do crunches all day long, every waking minute of your life, but you're wasting your time honestly." ... I disagree. Doing crunches often does help ab build up and it is another way to burn the fat around the waist.

  • oh and asians arent as healthy because they dont like to exercise, at all! I asked many asian girls in taiwan and they said they didnt eat dinner and only at 2 meals a day O_O the "average" weight their is 43-46kg. 95-100lbs. but they dont want to exercise, and rarely anyone does. staying there for 3 weeks, i did not see ONE person jogging. so its true, they are flabby skinny.

  • if you are unhappy with being "fat" and have the time to go post mean comments on another persons health video then newsflash, you are insecure. Shut up and do something about that body that you are unhappy with. if you keep complaining and saying "I cant do it, its too hard" then you dont want it enough. Also THE ASIAN RACE DOES NOT EAT AS SALTY AND OILY AS WESTERNERS! going to china and taiwan, and coming back, salt overload. and i am asian and i am not super skinny.

  • @cmannequin

I agree! If someone is unhappy with being fat, why sit around on the computer posting mean things? It isn't helping anyone.

  • good job explaining but i always beilieved you lovve your videos happy life to you. :D

  • Thank you for all your health talks, Jackie (x

You're so informative & honest. I'm on my own journey myself, and though I'm not overweight, I too want to be the best version of myself. Keep up the great work!

  • Today's the first time I've seen your channel, and I relate to this video in a lot of ways - I'm also Asian, dad has diabetes, mom's healthy but constantly warns me to watch what I do/eat so I don't get diabetes too. I'm serious when I say - this actually did inspire me, and I did some exercise as soon as I was done watching. I've been lazy in the past, wanted to get healthy since I am getting a gut. >_< I will think of this video when I feel like slacking off a bit. So thank you very much! :D

  • What do you mean it's not important in the Asian culture to be healthy?Japan is one of the world's healthiest countries with long-living citizens. Not only that, many Asian countries are rich in seafood. Many people in Asia have diets such as eating fish and seaweed, while in the United States we tend to eat burgers and sandwiches. some Asian countries don't even have McDonalds (such as Mongolia). So, what do you mean Asians don't like to eat healthy? This video seems to be more biased than facts.

  • go to asia they're eating rice not mcdonalds duh

  • physical perfection is bond to arouse jealousy .. awesome videos keep em coming.

  • I totally agree with you! When I was younger I use stew be this skinny girl, people would even say I was the perfect size. Now that I'm older that fat catched up to me because asian families don't eat healthy which makes it even harder to have a healthy lifestyle. Plus, other issues were going on, but that's not the point.

I admire your willingness to help people :]

  • @MiszIHeartRice thank you :)

  • Don't worry abt the bad comments. You are doing great! I'm a skinny fat; 166cm and 52 kg. well not too bad I do look skinny overall n slender. More so with high heels. But having a tummy is a prob and medically speaking, i am at are at higher risk of health problems if my fat concentrates around tummy area. But not everyone understand that I'm actually not that healthy. Family has health issue so i need to take care of what i eat. Pple need to understand that looking aesthetically acceptable d

  • people go to the gym and ask a personal training schedule because everyone is different....

anyways there is no secret recipe to be skinny: train and eat healthy.

  • @nyago20 yarrrr

  • I got abs by doing 30 sit ups everytime before I went to bed, and everytime I woke bed. But thats because I don't gain weight regardless of what I eat. But then again I'm one of the few who don't gain weight even if I eat Mcdonalds every day. So actually, for me, Jackie, I did get abs by doing crunches, and only 60 a day, lol.

  • @burpgal LOL which is because you didnt have fat there to begin with in which case you didnt need to cut at all and tone :) haha the comment was meant towards people who do have fat there but keep trying to do ab exercises to burn it. btw I would try more leg lift type exercises, especially the ones where you suspend yourself! Those really hit the lower abs much better, traditional crunches are kinda meh

  • I enjoy your health videos. Keep them comin'!! Like you, I hit the gym a lot and eat pretty healthy. I hate it when ppl judge you for it or worst yet, feign concern. They just don't understand. It's not about being superficial, it's about wanting to look your best. And how can we look our best if we sit around eating junk food and being lazy.

  • @urbndaze haha thats how I feel! Its a sense of accountability, I didnt like it so I did something about it! haha

  • Not sure where you live, but here most older Asians are still rather thin (ok, maybe a round tummy here and there lol). Well, I've definitely never seen an obese Asian that's for sure. But many, even though they look thin, have diabetes or high cholesterol. I wouldn't say that Asians don't care for health. We don't make it a priority, but it's not like whatever either. As for Asians girls not gaining weight no matter how much they eat, it's true actually. Sadly, I'm not one of them lol. XD

  • Jackie, I'm so disappointed that stupid people caused you to have to make this video. If people are sitting there calling you anorexic, it's just their insecurities showing

  • @LiaBSakura haha im disappointed too but what can you do I guess >.< I was just trying to clear the air for people who legitimately didnt understand

  • oh yea... excersise everyday you lazy ass people.

  • haters leave Jackie alone for f*ck sakes! ok regarding on topic, people don't understand is that diet is not a short term goal but rather it's a lifestyle, now that being said one misunderstanding about diet is that when people hear it, they think of losing weight. it's not just about losing weight but it's about eating right for the type of activity that you do in your everyday life. to those who like to lose fat then stop eating UNHEALTHY FAT! you don't know what it is? google it!

  • Thank you so much for this video! Whenever I say that I need to work out b/c I am fatty and unhealthy people accuse me of anorexia. My weight may be average but I'm more fat than muscle and THAT IS NOT HEALTHY. 8 ( Eff BMI indexes, they are inaccurate as eff.

  • I'm Asian, 5' 1" and use to way 175lbs. I now way 115lbs from working out and eating healthy, so i completely understand what you mean and why you feel the need to clarify to all the hating-stereo types there are

  • I completely agree with you! I am definitely skinny fat and I'm Asian. I try to build more muscle though. I think there is a big difference between WEIGHT LOSS as a goal, and HEALTH as a goal. Even skinny people need to be healthy. I think you do a good job with your health videos, but just be wary to put a disclaimer that you are not a registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist (or are you?) and for people to take your advice "at their own risk" to protect yourself from any "lawsuits"! Lol

  • @pinkpotter this is why i dont do workout videos :) Im not going to put myself in that kind of situation where people will hurt themselves

  • I'm half asian and I guess I would be an example of skinny fat. I'm 5'2 and 105 lb, but I still have a chubby stomach. My new years resolution is to stop eating so much sugar and bad carbs and work out at least 3 times a week, mostly strength training. So far, I've been good. My stomach is already flatter and I feel stronger and healthier :)

  • Hey Jackie I love your health videos especially, the most recent one. I really like that french frey recipe. So keep em coming, and ignore the haters ;) you're awesome!

  • too pretty for words

  • MszJackieChu, I think you give great advice of how to eat properly. You have really opened my eyes up of how to take care of my body by just simply eating healthy and not to yo-yo diet or go on crash diets. I understand now, because of you, that eating healthy and being healthy is a lifestyle and shouldn't be treated as a quick fix by going on some crash diet & you've helped me realize the importance of exercising too. I think you've done a great job with your videos and you've taught me a lot!

  • Those people are stupid!! I love you health videos!! I think their very helpful, because yea, like most asians, Im skinnyfat, and im pretty tall. Ive been starting to go jogging nowadays, and its making me feel better. :) But anyways your videos are so helpful! Most gurus dont do videos like this, im glad you do. I really like the fizzy orange drink btw :) if you can, make more health videos! ^__^

  • Hi!!!

can u pls do a review on L'oreal Infallible Eyeshadow?

Cos I've super oily eyelids, n i nid your opinion if it really lasts on your eyelids.

    THANKS!!!

  • I'm 130 lbs and a size 0 and I get some nasty remarks for it!

  • Hey Jackie.. Don't mind the haters.. They're bitter. Probably because they still look at health as a chore, all about body image and losing weight.. rather than feeling good. Be proud of your health. I highly encourage you to really pursue this interest in health.. Especially your comment about lifestyle... Diets at their very best only last until its over.. A change in lifestyle is permanent.

  • Jackie I love yours videos on health.Honestly don't know how anyone can say a bad word about it.It's always motivating to hear you talk about it and I'm sure you've helped loads of people. And the people who are calling you too skinny are most likely overweight themselves.I think you have a great body.

  • whats the main workout should i do?

  • @vanillabeansoymilk There is no "main" work out. Depending on what you want, you customize your work out to your body and what it can do. Like, I have horrible knees, so I cannot really run but I do other kinds of cardio to get what running does for me without hurting my knees. I hope that helps

  • @vanillabeansoymilk I agree with @raininghard, I dont answer a lot of these questions because I dont think people realize its really not that simple. It depends on your goals, your current state of health, and a lot of mistakes along the way because you may try out things and then find out they dont work for you

  • i love you talking straight up like this. appreciated it :D xx

  • After a few months of following your videos, I don't know, somehow you totally motivated me to exercise more. Still, I have no clue how to get "toned" as opposed to "muscular". I'm exactly the type of asian skinny-fat girl you're talking about! I love these fitness videos that you do, and I'm sure a lot of girls here would love to here some of your fitness routines. I know cardio helps with toning, but that's it. Any advice on exact exercise regimes?

  • I love ur makeup here...:D

  • I'm Asian :DDD I'm Japanese and not skinny at all hahaha! I love youuu!! And I understand your opinions :)

  • she is soooo gorgeous

  • *lose *facepalm*

  • I'm asian but i'm kind of fat. Your health videos are what inspire me to eat healthy :) i love your videos!

    I have a question :)

Uhm i'm 15 and i don't really have time for exercise. How can i loose weight w/o exercising that much? Thanks :)

  • Great video! Very well said.

  • I'm asian and It's so hard for me to eat healthy within my family. When I try to eat the proper/small portion of meat and vegetables they smack more onto my plate and tell me to eat more because they think I'm starving myself and that little is for poor people. It's very hard for me to maintain my weight and I do work out 3 to 5 times a week 30-45 minutes on elliptical and other exercises.

  • You are so right about fat and muscle. I weigh 130lbs but I am a size 0, muscle weighs more than fat ....someone can be a size 0 but be skinny -fat and weigh 105lbs . I think its great you take care of yourself and there is nothing wrong with wanting to look good. Every girl in their right mind wants to be healthy and toned! You look great!

  • could you do a workout video and what you do to have a nice body?

  • Can u go more in depth about what lean fats are, and how u got your abs. I have the same goal but i don't know what to choose to eat. thank u!

  • I really really love your health videos. Its actually inspiring me to eat healthier and work out more often. I'm asian american, and I'm overweight. I wish i was like every other asian girl, who doesn't gain weight. But anywho, keep making these videos because they're so inspiring. I don't ever wanna be super skinny, i just wanna tone up and lose some weight.

  • Can you make a video on how to tone your arms and legs? Such as what types of exercises you do and what type of weights you carry? ALSO, what exercises can you do to slim down love handles?? I know you already mentioned about the body fat, no matter how much we work out, if we have a lot of body fat, we can't get toned. HOWEVER, I am working on the eating and would like to know what I can do to help my body get toned along the way :D

  • Amazinggggggggggggggggg video!

  • Love how you are responding positively! I got ur back!!

  • i really appreciate how you don't get upset at these comments, but instead do your homework and respond with facts instead :)

  • <3

  • Wow such a good video! And I just love your voice, I could listen to it all day :)

  • Well said!

  • Thank you. I actually stopped going to the gym (now i just jog around my neighbourhood) because girls there were like "why do you work out? you're already skinny. you have no fat to loose" and it really hurt me because i do not think i'm skinny. i'm fit!! and i work out to stay fit, and exercising makes me function better in life. and i really love sports! People need to realise that calling someone skinny is as hurtfull as calling someone fat.

  • I don't think you even need to explain yourself. You are smart to watch what you eat and to exercise. My family has heart disease and diabetes and for years I have been watching sweets, salt and exercising. I am naturally thin but I tend to gain weight when I eat sweets. I went to Japan and I saw lots of thin people but I also saw a lot of chubby people when I went to Wendy's, Subway and McDonald's ( I love my fast food and wanted to try it in another country) so that is a myth like you said.

  • Yes! BODY COMPOSITION is important! Thank you for pointing that out... I am also a gym junkie and I love doing weights! I really enjoy your vids, especially the lifestyle ones! Thanks Jackie!

  • Most of my friend's are non-asians, so they don't get the skinny fat situation, lol. And it doesn't help that my Asian friend's are all naturally super skinny with cute flat tummies -_- I feel so pressured!!!

  • Hey Jackie, can you please help me get over from being insecure in swimsuits (bikinis, lol)? Because everyone just expects me to have a nice flat tummy with no fat whatsoever so I feel awkward :(

  • i undesrtand u, I also do exercise just to feel healthier and I want the best for me. A good lifestyle

  • @autumnmarieification it depends on a lot of things like your height, weight, age, and activity level. there are a lot of websites that can guide you

  • "best version of yourself that you can possibly be"...love it!

  • I love your health & fitness videos because they fall in line with my personal health philosophy (although I am working on being more active). People are lazy and want to hear that there is some sort of magic formula to being healthy but all it comes down to is being smart about what you put in your body & doing some sort of exercise.

  • Thank you for the insight! I never realized that a lot of asians were skinny fat. :]

  • You are soo awesome and inspiring <3

  • I dont understand why people are so hateful, jackie! you're nice, pretty, and your videos are so helpful! I think you naturally have a good body structure, your waist is so tiny I'm jealous! and I hope you do more "healthy food" videos, I need some new healthy/organic recipes and snacks.

  • I'm freeking Asian and in not skinny as her I have body fat and I don't work out and I live off French fries so that's BS.

  • "the best version of you that you can possibly be" i love that~ <3

  • random question... but how many calories should a woman take in a day ?

  • @autumnmarieification Anywhere from 1,500 - 2,000 is average, but it also depends on your age.

  • @autumnmarieification mm it goes off your height, activity level and your sex. If you google "how many calories should I take in a day" youll actually get a lot of calorie calculators pop up :)

however i'd like to add that I personally don't count calories nor am I a fan of it

  • you are very well spoken especialy for your age.

  • Totally agree with you. A lot of people only want to lose weight instead of body fat.

  • i couldn't agree more. <3

  • I completely agree with you, girl! People will always have something negative to say when they see someone else doing great and looking great and making it a point to up-keep themselves. Thumbs up for speaking up to those haters

  • Thats soo true . I think Asians hold themselves with higher standards. My friends who travels back to HK and some stores in the night markets only hold XXS or XS and anything above that is "fat".

  • Well you can have an Asian and a Caucasian of the same height gaining weight at the same rate, the Asian will hit obesity quicker than the Caucasian. So we can't afford to gain as much weight before we hit overweight :/

  • Hey Jackie what would be a good routine to keep in mind while working out if you want to lose stomach fat and arm fat?

  • great points, your cute

  • And honestly, you really inspire me.

  • YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL IT SHOCKS ME EVERY TIME.

  • I really agree that you have to make a life style change !

  • I completely agree with the whole skinny fat thing. People give me the craziest looks when I tell them that I'm not actually as skinny as they think I am simply because I know my body better than they do. Also, people who aren't Asian don't understand that we go through this sort of "critiquing" by our relatives whenever there is a family gathering. These people do not hesitate at all when they make a comment about our appearance.

  • thanks for the video! it was really mature unlike other response videos. thanks alot and keep on making videos <3

  • I have no idea why there would be criticism in your last health video. That's sad. On the brighter side, I definitely love how you dealed with it. You were very mature. ^_^ I wish I had more motivation to be healthier too..

  • Do u have any advice on losing the muffin top?

  • @mzbeautifulmess lowering body fat, lowering your overall body fat is the only way to lose fat from anywhere

  • I tend to see the bone structure of most asian women is tiny compared to western women...so any amount of extra fat weight looks more dramatic.

  • All my asian relatives do not know what quinoa is, or wat to do with almonds. They think eating sweet potatoes is for the poor because that is all they had when they were young. Many older relatives do not go to the doctor because they see nothing wrong with them, they can still walk, talk, breath and do stuff, that is considered healthy. A lot has to do with how they grew up on such poor environments that now they stuff themselves with the yummy food n make delicious food they couldn't eat

  • I totally agree. You don't know how all my relatives stuff me with white rice because it's a staple in asian food when really.. white rice isn't even good for u. N the harshness of asian aunts. holy crap,I got told that i was "less uglier" n they always look and see who has gained weight or not. AND about SKINNY FAT! Yes, I do look thin.. but when I bend over, I got rolls happening... I have no muscle at all! I look thin but I guarantee my body fat % is high. I do try to workout n eat healthier

  • This video was surprisingly mature. When I read the title, I thought it was going to be futile lash out against haters. I think you addressed important points about race & Asian culture. My family is horrified at the prospect of raw vegetables & think a diet sans meat is a malnourished diet. When people assign a certain trait such as skinniness to a certain race, it is dangerous & inaccurate because individuals who identify with that race may feel bad about themselves for not fitting in.

  • @vascularcambium thats EXACTLY how I feel! I don't think people recognize that there are many many asian girls who struggle with their weight.

  • yes to the skinny fat!!!! lol South asians tend to be skinny fat too! ha ha

  • This video is absolutly true. I really think that you are a great speaker. Your really good at saying what you think without stumbling over words. I definatly understand what you mean about "work on the things you have rather than covering them up". I would rather work with my skin that wear a ton of foundation. I also like to work out and fit into my size medium clothers, rather than not and wear a larger size or cover it up. This video is a favorite. You are very intelligent and well-spoken.

  • im a skinny fat asian and LOL youre right, im trying to get in shape to get a toned stomach!

  • I always feel that the ones who use the argument that "skinny asians need to eat more" tend to come from ignorance because they don't realize that we're all born differently. Your average is different from mine, mine is different from yours, no matter the race. There are also things like metabolism, which usually the main reason why most of us who just sit here and eat, don't gain weight. Anyway, well said, Jackie!! Well said!!

  • I'm skinny fat deffooooooo! although I'm not Asian. It's quite strange...

  • I agree with you completely. Asians are skinny fat.

  • Completely agree. But also, many Asians ARE overweight. I'm Asian and used to be obese and I had to work my ass off to become healthy.

  • I so agree! I am considered a "skinny asian girl." 5'8, 130lbs. But you know what, I am so freaking unhealthy and all my weight is fat. But I shall turn this into muscle soon! Just because you are "skinny" doesn't mean you are healthy.

  • You're absolutely right, Jackie!! Well said!!!

(And I'm the girl that sits and stuffs herself, but just can't gain weight....)

  • You shouldn't have to defend yourself to people who don't understand discipline to take care of the one thing that they will have the rest of their lives, their bodies. I admire that you aren't trying to be 'skinny' you are trying to be fit and healthy and send a good message, and you shouldn't need to defend it.

  • I think you give very good and especially healthy tips! i really like how you deal with this sensitive topic and you can be sure that you help a lot of people with that(:

i would like to see more meal example videos and could you perhaps demonstrate who you make your iced coffee?

    xx

  • LOL you're so cute! and i totally agree. I love how you exaggerate your voice when you're saying different things. You talk my my friend, its so cute! haha <3

  • I love youuuuuu!!! U are my heroe

  • Heyy ! do u have tumblr i wanna follow you :3

  • You shouldn't really worry about what most negative people say on your videos. They just enjoy trolling =|. I think your videos are wonderful and really helpful.

  • I totally agree with you, I don't understand why some people say OMG you're thin, why would you eat healthy? Like it's only about getting slimmer, it not only reduces your risk of diseases like diabetes and heart attack but make you more active and energetic in general! Keep it up girl, you're amazing! ;) <3

  • it's sad that some people on youtube don't appreciate the (free) advice/help your giving out here.

i appreciate you caring enough to do this honestly and with integrity.

thanks mszjackiechu for your videos :)

  • I'm skinny fat! I look really tiny but that's just because I have a TINY frame and bone structure!!! Everyone thinks I'm naturally super skinny "like all Asians" -_- But omg I look ugh in swimsuits! Like my tummy is so....soft D: That might also be because I seem to gain all the fat around my waist :( And my legs look really skinny, but they're actually a little jiggly.... -_- So I totally understand what you mean :) And I completely agree with the healthy eating/lifestyle :) Btw you have the p

  • @LittleMissStephy435 HAHHA NOW I KNOW HOW U LOOOOOOK ! sweeet lolz

  • @mywillfull uh...not really..?

  • @LittleMissStephy435 sorry it got cut off, I meant to say "you have the perfect body" :)
