It's also the drum major, not the pipe major.

in regular marching bands, and fife and drum corps it is drum major. However, in Pipe and drum corps, it is PIPE major.

there is a list of music titles, I like "Prince Charles Welcome to Lochaber" and "The Mingulay Boat song" best, because we play it in our pipe band too
