Some times though people that are average become great for a time or two, this was Stings moment.

If there were to be a list of the top whatever promos in wrestling, this one had better make it to the top ten. That humming sound that follows after the little poem is spine chilling, seeing the vulture on the ring like that is creepy, the way the NWO guys weren't sure what to think was great, and the reaction from the audience adds to it perfectly. Honestly, I think having the crowd be dead quiet after that kind of promo is more impressive than having them applaud like crazy.
