Freedom of speech does not always exist in this country. Sometimes it is reserved for those "in power".There are 19 subscriptions that I don't have access to now b/c YT shut them down most likely for lame excuses like what happened to WBM. m1media and backitupwithfacts have been blocked. Today it's riverside county, tomorrow, its the entire state. We as a country need to consider the actions of the "privileged" to undermine our rights. There's no reason to doubt that some form of Scientology beliefs will survive. Hell, there's still Branch Davidians in Waco, aren't there?
But the clout carried by current CoS leadership and the fear of harassment and litigation that has shrouded the actions of the "church" is far less than it was even a decade ago. The CoS will continue to slide into relative fractured obscurity and just revert to another new-age self help fringe group.
