erhhh I'm sorry but i will check again after this post, I have updated the first firmware release which not able to do movie in macro, and manual focus not working when recording,
but hope manual focus more respond for both video and photos in newer firmware.
can you manually focus in video mode on the x100?

personally, I'm not a fan of autofocus on video.. but this AF is actually pretty quiet.
