I have a request, could you do a short demo on welding stainless weld els into headers? there are a LOT of guys using these, mostly sch 10 ace stainless specials, to make their turbo headers, and the myths, bad info and otherwise horses-!t floating on the internet has folks attempting all sorts of useless and improper things. How would YOU butt-weld a gaggle of 90's into a reliable part?

@boostedB5audi no one will show this process because there are only a handful of us that can actually make sch40 manifolds....lots of skill is required to get consistant bead size, not overheating, accounting for the shrinkage, and having the correct bevels so they dont crack with the heat...
