Picture a 10 foot wide, 40 ft deep hole, that was years ago, when we see it now, we can stand on the til that has filled the hole and see above the rim. The world re-claims her secrets over time.

@TheChiman3 what you do not see in the video is the bear spray and machetie. Also, all we have down here is blacks. My dogs may look friendly but if something had shown up, it would not have been the first time my dogs and I have had to chase off a bear. The dog sent alone keeps any cats you would have to worry about away. No worries my friend, not weekend warriors, been living with the bush and its critters my whole life.
Hardcore or not I hope someone was prepared to treat hypothermia. Looks like it would be very difficult to carry an injured person back to your vehicle and calling for help would risk giving away your location.

At least a the time it wont be winter!! It wouldnt have been so bad if the little trail and the climb down wasnt covered in the white stuff. In summer the climb in there would be a breeze.

What a day it was. To bad you couldn't show more. The sensitive stuff was the best part of the day. Great pics but they did not do justice the climb down. Man that was treacherous.
