Go to fist of guthix and get them in to ya inventory and then click use and then click on reggie and he will ask u to uncharge it and vola u got Worn out rune gloves.

yea, the gloves get worn-down after a while. you have to recharge them

it only worn out if u die having it equipped

or die having it in your inventory.

rune berserker is a bit different.

it'll worn out after awhile.

i have not been in battle arena yet.

but if the people there says that the battle arena is a safe game.

then the gauntlets will not worn out if u died there.
