  • my mum is from india, she worked for jet airways (cabin staff) said jet airways = OK

    however air india is rubbish

  • @SimHarrison hi yes i have a short journey - a couple of hours

    problems were they overbooked passengers

    they ran out of food

    bad service

    rude staff

    worst take off

    seat were uncomfortable

    the TV was hot when touched

    and some other problems

    i wouldnt recommend this airline to anyone
