its not as big as the space in your head. and i have another game slightly similar to this, sins of a solar empire, and you basicly conquer a galaxy system. and like in spore you can go from planet view to viewing multiple galaxies! but the thing is the ships, when your far from them, are represented as icons, not actual geometrical shapes. like in spore im sure, theres nothing where your not, in other words, if your not near it, the game doesnt use it until it needs to

spore would've been SO MUCH better if it were multiplayer. not necessarily an mmo, but at least INTERACT with other players online and their planets.

how cool would it be if you were in the tribe stage, and seeing space craft fly down, and knowing that that's another player visiting you.

spore overall was a little over-hyped, imo. still an awesome game tho.

You can vist any planet in the game. Almost every star is a planet. It is extremely rare to find a no planet star, or atleast 4 me.Most stars have 4-5 planets I believe.You can also travel thorugh worm/black holes and vist pulsars(I think thats what they r)

Right, STOP the video at 0:40. If you look, there are three arms on the left, and three on tha right

Now, look at the three arms on the LEFT side of the Galaxy, and focus on the arm between the top arm and the bottom one. So yeah, the middle arm. You will notice that directly left from the Galactic center there is a space in this arm with very few stars, you could say there are none. Sol and Earth are directly upwards from there. Just keep looking round that spot. Sorry for two posts, accidentally added my first. Also, too many characters for one post.

basically, yes, though another important apect is to get to the center of the galaxy, the grox empire is stationed there. they hate everyone and are total stereotypes, they think everyone else is he same, useless. if you can destroy them, or ally them (both o these ar VERRRRRY hard) they'll be no trouble anymore, and also as allies, alot of other empires will despise you for befrending them! you just cant win eh?!?

Remember, this is the Milky Way you're in. One of the achivements include finding Earth... I also wonder if there is an achivement to toss something around the world (with your abduction beam, move the beam and let go while moving the beam.

A little FYI, those Spice Geysers (they shoot gasses out of the crust of the planet) can be used to assist you with "Flight of the Bumblebee" Creature achievement, just simply get some good wings and jump just as you get into the ejecting gasses.

It's in the "Sol" star system. Also, if you have a Planet Buster you can unlock an achievement, "Oh, The Humanity". Remember, this breaks the galactic code, so... be careful.

I know the achievement due to some other guy saying it, and about the galactic code... It only really matters if you bust the planet when the system is not under your posession.

Volcanoes make the "Flight of the Bumblebee" achievement a lot easier, that's if your home planet has one!

I had gotten my "Flight of the Bumblebee" achievement by help of a mountain, not a Spice Geyser (which are what you refer to as Volcanoes).

After some time of being in the Creature Stage I found out about the geysers allowing you to ALMOST leave the atmosphere. You'd need 5 jump and 5 gliding to be able to see the blackness of space. Just jump into the Geyser and flap your wings right after you jump, and keep on flapping. High enough, and you can't flap against the extra pull from up high.
