Yah, this video really pointed out the plot loop holes with the Force telekinesis and self-levitation.

Any other time, they can levitate several tons with their minds, but when it's a human falling off a ledge, nobody seems to be able to stop it.

Just a few scenes earlier, Luke made a super-human, near-light-speed jump that is practically limited flight, and even falling and surviving was superhuman.

Levitating man-sized objects was easy for Vader a minutes earlier too...
