Hi. I recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled the sims 3. But when i tried to download monkeyhelper, its not available anymore. Now none of my mods work. What should i do to make them work again? Furthermore, everytime i play the sims 3 my computer shuts itself down. Whats happening. Can someone pls help me, thanls a lot!

1. They have too much installed

2. They dont have enough of memory.

3. They need a graphics/video card.

4. The computer have problems its self.

5. They need a new g/v card.

6. Something they are doing is wrong.

7. They computer is crap.

I think the fact that when the sims 2 came out I almost pisse dmy pants out of excitement. And with this game you have to get used to it and be "loyal" to the company which isn't cool. All of the interactions are the same as the sims 2 so they just copied a lot of stuff!

It's brand new. Sims 2 didn't release expansions the day after. Have patience. It took them FOREVER to even make S3.

The sims 3 is also missing alot of stuff it should have had in the beginning, they spent so much time on the game that you shud be able to see inside the working buildings, you cant.... so yeh te game is new but its missing quite alot of stuff

The reason why they don't put evything in the first game is soo they can sell more expansion packs...cause if they gave away too much in the first some may feel theres no point in buying expansion packs. so it may be fustrating but they are smart about it and will make their money

Yeh i guess thats the reason but they left too much stuff out. Then they r gonna release like 20 expansion packs over the next few years and then theyll say oh Sims 4 is coming out :D .... just like they did with sims 2 they released appartment life and then said sims 3 was coming out...

Id have to say that thats partially true. Yeah im sure the expansion packs are all a big plan for getting money but imagine if they had ALL the new features in already like pets and seasons. It would take FOREVER for the game to get released and there would also be an unthinkable amount of bugs and glitches. What they should do is make the base game and(somewhat like WoW) release only a few MAJOR expansions, not like 10 different ones with a cool little new feature and maybe for not as much $.
