The 3rd speaker of the government bench was constricted in his own mindset saying the debate was only about developed nations. That is on his side yes, but the opposition is disagreeing thus, making them oppositions. That 3rd speaker killed the debate. Lousy shit.

The debate was whether developed nations should pay an environment tax, so the opposition was straying of the topic of the debate and thus they should have been 'shot down' as they were. I am a 3rd speaker myself and while this chap could be a lot better, his hardline stance was very effective.

For a third speaker, I will grade him as average. The debate looked quite messy and there weren't really any clash. Opp didn't really shot strong POIs. This third speaker is rather polite though. That's good be he could just decline the Opp's POIs with his hand. By that, I mean signaling them to sit down. With that, he can continue his rebuttals and replies without disturbance. Congratulations on the victory though.
