I think Axl in the club days with the Aviators and the hair 6 inches high using hair gel or spray looked awesome.

Very few people understand the importance of Izzy. Izzy and Axl knew each other for 2 decades (as kids in Bumfuck Ohio or w/e). Izzy was the anchor for Axl and the "glue" in the band. I said before, once they added a keyboardist, Ok. But 2? Then the background singers, it all went downhill. It should have been 5 guys and keyboards should have been done by Axl in the studio & live.
