mar 2 2008 - Me being a hard-core jazz lover, i do like 'some' of the back in the day tunes. No i am not a big Motown fan either. Strange to me, i really like every tune that Gene Chandler has done except DUKIE and i got tired of that back then.

Hey i was in D.C. in early 60's and saw a lot of shows at the Howard Theatre...good times!!

I remember seeing Gene Chandler @ the Howard Theater in Washington D.C. with my big sister Myrtle who was a Gene Chandler Fan. She would get us front row seats and she would cry when he was on stage. The Howard & my big sis are now memories of the past. Gone but not forgotten.
