Ken, Don't weigh yourself too often the weight flacuates and it might tell you, you weigh more. You might weigh the same but your clothes start falling off. You start loosing inches. The amount of weight is not really away to keep track of your weight loss.
You're Walking that's great. It really helps to keep you in shape and keep your mind at ease. No depression.Are you taking any meds. Bipolar's don't sleep well, I know I need meds to sleep and we need to sleep because if we don't we get manic, so watch that very carefully, ok. You need to drink water that is very important. Don't get disgusted your not the only one in the same boat you need to love yourself regardless what you look like. That's the best. Keep up the great work. Thumbs up, Ken
Nah i'm sure it's not that bad, i was looking at The Biggest Loser last week(yeah that have for sure influence me to do something about it lol) and basicaly i think that once i'll be able to keep a good routine daily, that this first picture will evolve into a more in shape and healty guy, Your more then welcome to join in :D it's hard and it's painfull but if we suport each other i'm sure we can all make it! I did my aerobics. Boy I was surprised at how out of shape I was. I did it though!
I did my stretching too.
I thought of you working hard so I kept at it!!!
I must remember to drink more water as well.

I'll it once a week and even once a week i'm not sure we'll see much diffrence but well after 12 weeks i'm sure their will be.
