@cisdolce yes and no really. Consider that this is mostly a sovereign debt crisis. Alot of companies have been breaking their sales records on a quarterly basis and have a hard time seeing that there is a crisis. With that in mind it might still have been a very good year for Private Equity even if stock markets fell and governements have problems paying their debt.
