Legalization of MJ ultimately has to do with business: ok, but hemp is just a plant like corn or wheat. You can apply all the same business models. The gov can tax hemp farmers just as they do potato, sugar cane and pea farmers. Seems like MJ could be regulated the same way tobacco and alcohol is. Why is alcohol legal but hemp is not? Either legalize both or ban both. I would prefer to ban the recreational use of a substance especially when it has been shown to diminish social structure.
