What is the point of the no-shoot targets? You can not screen steel with paper no-shoots. Any hits on a no-shoot that also take down steel would be considered range equipment failures and require a re-shoot.
I honestly have no idea. I didn't design the stage, just shot it lol! Trust me, I was wishing they weren't there at all! I suppose they were intended to serve as something do divide the targets into two fields of fire, but I can't b sure. Thanks for watching!
I guess the question is - were no-shoots actually treated as no-shoots? Would they assess a penalty for holes in the NS targets? If that is the case then my comment above would stand and this would be an exceptionally poor stage design. If on the other hand they simply designated the NS targets as a vision barrier/soft cover and did not assess any penalties for the hits on those no-shoot targets then any hits on steel that pass through a NS would be fine.
I really wish I could remember! Sometimes I can't think of what I did all day when I get home, let alone months ago lol! If I remember correctly, they were treated as NS targets, because I think I just shot right through them on my first run, and hit the targets, but was penalized for them. Not positive, but I'm pretty sure that's what happened. Sorry I can't be more help lol! If nothing else the stage was pretty fun.
Man, that looks like one hell of a fun stage. :-)

Carbine matches are always fun!
A lot of places won't let you shoot your rifles at their mild steel targets. That's where the carbines come in handy.
You can shoot them at many indoor ranges that don't allow rifles. Then you have all the steel matches that you can use them in.
Plus the 9mm ammo is cheaper than rifle ammo. More shooting for your dollar. =o)

Running a stage like that with a carbine would be a blast. Nice clip and thanks for sharing
