I think this is an optic effect. But what we can see between 00:55 and 00:58 is probably not an optic effect :)

This glowing was a measurable accumulable motive force having affect on other matter and is non electrical. Reich developed meters and even a motor to run from it. Nuclear tests stirred the natural OR into DOR which caused the air for many miles to hang heavy,dry and listless for some time just like when He discovered DOR by placing a Radium needle into an accumulator.

Yes, that "things" that we call "towerbusters" have punched the hole in the clouds... Very often I decide to pour orgonite when what we call "the DOR grid" is back and well seen over our heads...
