Why do you all forget to enter the "No Traffic" cheat... GTA SA is so laggy on netbooks without this cheat.. enter THGLOJ and GTA SA runs with 30 FPS again.

my pc runs this game at 114 fps and 250 at it's best,but it has some sirious hardware.but for this little thing to run at 30fps is quite an excitment.will be able to play on the buss!!!

hey man, i have a eee 701 and installed xp on it but i cant get games to run. i tried a nancy drew game and it says that a directx device cant be found. it has directx 0.9c installed and i installed latest video driver, any help?

you can safely overclock it to 990mhz. i have the ini for eeectl if you want, or you can get it in eeeuser forums. it also improve the fan speed settings.

2. External DVD/CD-ROM Drive or something to mount the .iso or Something so he wouldn't require cd.

Install the game on to a Secure Digital Memory Card (8GB+) stick. Put the stick into the Eee PC. Get a No-CD Crack and you are off!

oh i can't belive it I have 20-25 FPS on 1440x900 resolution and very high details and here is 10-15 FS on 800x600 res and low details i don't know to the EEE PC is very low(sorry but my english is very low)

yes, you should think about a eee pc as you mobile gaming device, cuz anyway it wont play any new games, so it's good then you are somethere outside, but it's still at least you secondary pc.

its only 10 fps, its too slow to play.

However one thing you can do is get a fast PC and run a game and then stream the video image to the Asus Eee PC and then it transmits the keystrokes and mouse movements back to the fast PC. Letting you play Crysis and such if you're withing wireless range.

You format it and install Windows XP on it instead, using a bootable flash memory card, or how ever you want to do it. Then you can install everything you can install on Windows XP. But you might want to keep big files and installed games on portable hard drives, since the EEE PC doesn't have alot of memory.
