@felarfurlong I have flown it in 30km/18mph wind without a crash. It has more than enough power to survive but it's scary on moderate wind. It flies quite stable up to 20km/12mph wind.
@jauchiu It flies like a coaxial helicopter but it's a little bit more stable. The problem is that you can easily loose orientation due to its fully symmetrical shape. Actually there is a lot of vibrations in this video because i mounted the fpv camera directly on the airframe. With a bigger camera mounted in the right place I couldn't notice any vibration at all.
can it sustain light to moderate wind?

Nice flight. Not much vibration at all. Is it harder than a heli to fly?
