It's not for all audiences...it's an art-film. If you don't mind a movie that has an atypical plot line and isn't the same ol' stuff you usually see at the theaters then you will probably enjoy it. It makes you question your reality a little and it also delves into the human psyche dealing with depression and paranoia. I'm a big Lars fan and this one has been one of my favorites.

@hollywoodstreams Kirsten is a great young actress. She has comedy and drama skills, I'm glad she took time off from working. She has been working since very young and seems like she needed that time out. Her performance in Melancholia is really good and I am really happy she choose this kind of movie for her comeback.

@hollywoodstreams For me it was her best performance. I still haven't seen most of the films that might recieve nominations for best actress so it's easier to compare to last year's winner and on that note Kirsten comes short. I still think she deserves the nomination and I wouldn't even mind to see her winning but I doubt it.
