  • not Beatles - yes BAS MUYS

  • Can't hear your fucking German/Dutch accent at all you cunt.

  • Bas Muijs, Dutch singer. Definitely... Grew up listening to it, and I love it :) No shred of a doubt here.

  • Is there a video on youtube with the beatle's version of this song?

  • @xXmaymay98Xx it didnt survive. It was tried when the beatles recorded Please Please Me.

  • It's Tommy Quickly, but written by Lennon/McCartney. More likely a McCartney composition. Sounds like his "style" more.

  • Sounds like The Yardbirds

  • the singers are not the beatles, but john and paul wrote this song for other artist...

  • Not Beatles, but yes BUS MUYS

  • Estos no son The Beatles, es un grupo llamado Bas Muys, tributo a the beatles, de su album Lennon/McCartney NEVER ISSUED

  • Hell no that's not them

  • Não são os Beatles.

    A bateria já dedura logo.

  • These are the Beatles all right. the harmonies are unmistakeable. John was a lot younger but his voice is very distinctive. Must be 1962 or before....

  • This probably is Apple Jam, a great band from Seattle that does Beatles music. They released a CD of unreleased Beatles material, including this song:

Google "apple jam" and you'll find their web site. Also you can find their videos here on YouTube.

  • Tbe Beatles did record it during asession at EMI in Nov 1962, but they didn't like it so the tape was erased and the song given to Tommy Quickley.

  • hey The Badbeats!

  • This song was written by Paul McCartney & sung originally by Tommy Quickly. This version is performed by a band called The Badbeats.

  • They wrote this. They just never recorded it >:(

  • its the fuckin pet shop boys.

  • Lame.

  • Wikipedia says the Beatles recorded this. If somebody is certain this isn't them please direct us all to the real version of The Beatles doing it. Thanks.

  • Believe it or not, this IS the Beatles! Very early Beatles, one of the many, many, recordings they worked on at Abbey Road Studios that they never used and/or finished.

  • THAT IS NOT THE BEATLES

  • STOP POSTING FAKE BEATLE SONGS. THIS IS NOT THE BEATLES, NOT EVEN CLOSE. BAD PHONEY BEATLE SONG

  • Good thing they never issued this. A terrible song. But these copycats do a spirited job, so thanks!

  • Not The Beatles.

  • Genius Lennon imitation!

  • wanna be's but they sound like bubble gumm bad pop terrible vocals

  • This is not the Beatles. They are BAS MUYS who issued "Beatles Stars on 45" in 1981. Don't get fooled again

  • Well, the group is called BAS MUYS, it's an excellent 13 songs LP that they release at the end of the 80's under the title THE SONGS THE BEATLES GAVE AWAY , the singer is the same of Stars on 45 and it was hard to find to me. All the Lp. is XLNT and highly recommended ... get it if you can !!!

  • NOT BEATLES

  • copyright 1963 by Lennon/McCartney sung by others.

  • These aren't the Beatles, but of course, the song was written by Lennon and McCartney.

  • Maybe it sounded a little like Harrison at the start, but it's definitely not them.

  • sounds like the rainbows theme thune

  • It sounds great anyway and it is a lot of fun to hear what might have been!! Thanks for posting!!

  • NO! it's not!!!

  • no shit its not the beatles

    read the side

  • The Beatles records of this music were erased, its fake, its not them singing, and all their musics of 62-63 that they recorded had a worst audio quality.

  • i cant beleive i thought this was the beatles....... after I read the comments I was like "wow that doesnt really sound like them..."

  • It was written by Paul. As said by John in the playboy interviews, but this recording is obviously not them

  • they are not the beatles, since the first word i knew that.

  • @caryash

    So what? great lennon imitation..

  • These are not the Beatles. Please correct the information for this video.

  • @delectomorfo It's not the Beatles, but this song was WRITTEN by the Beatles. It was never released by them though.

  • fake

  • The Beatles recording of this song is said to be lost. This isn't it

  • Wow! I remember this band. No they're not the Beatles. I don't where they're from but I got a copy of their album about 30 years ago. The group's name is BUS MUYS. Brings back lots of memories.

  • THIS IS NOT THE BEALTES! its a terrible immitation. they sound german.

  • Hmmm....now that I listen better this morning though, it doesn`t sound so much like The Beatles....because the base doesn`t sound a lot like Paul`s usual base playing, and if it`s John singing, he did something to his voice to make it sound flatter than usual. It still could go either way though.

  • Great bass, Paulie!!!

  • If it`s not The Beatles it`s a good immitation.lol!

  • To people know Beatles music, all know that are the Beatles its an old song but never published regards from Mexico

  • This isn"t the beatles you don"t know what you"re tal talking about

  • Definitely NOT The Beatles or John Lennon on this recording. When you've been listening to them as long as many of us fans have, you know immediately! Still a really cool version of this song.

  • i always thought that this was maccartney's song so they should have been tried with someone who sings like paul i think.

  • it's lennon voice dude, so....

  • This is John Lennon's song and his band.I think Paul is not there. I have the cassette tape that I bought during the 80's titled The Beatles Rarities with more rare songs that they composed.

  • nice job whoever recorded this...no known beatles version exists of this john lennon song

  • sono favolosi

  • Beatles.?

  • This song it's in a LP with a group tribute- this LP it's with The Beatles NO Realized Song's

  • WRONG ! Faux. La chanson est biens dans ces reliques du passé, mais c'est Tommy Quickly qui la chante (massacre devrais-je dire).

Alors que là, on n'en sait rien. Ça pourrait être Lennon tant c'est super bien chanté.

  • I think that Lennon-Mc Cartney's song is still many more, where's another? and who's sing it? Baris Mus, isn't he?

  • This isn't the Beatles (good try!) but is infinitely better than the Tommy Quickly version (poor lad couldn't really sing).

  • Hi..Are your sure this isn't the Beatles? If it's not them, then is is the best John Lennon impersonation that I have ever heard.

I'm not arguing your statement....I just want to know who this is singing if it isn't the fabs.

  • Is this the version by the Badbeats?

  • i wonder why the beatles gave away some of their songs to other artists when they could of been bigger hits with the founders.

  • but still this is not the beatles. would you keep posting another tracks from "the song of Lennon & McCartney"? Thank you

  • I think, this is the most right and great arrangement of this song. Better than Tommy Quickly & The Remo Four or any other artists.

Thanks for posting, it brings me a great memories of my school days
