I was lucky enough to be there and that's pretty much what he did: "Ladies and gentlemen please welcome my old friend, Art Garfunkel"

And people FREAKED--it was a total surprise & a special experience.

Paul McCartney, Mayor Mike Bloomberg, Jon Bon Jovi, Rosie ODonnell and others were among the audience when they saw Art Garfunkel's sudden appearance that Friday night, Feb. 13th. Nobody expected Art Garfunkel to show up since he had a solo show in Key Largo, Florida, the night before and another one in Fort Piece, Florida the following evening, But he flew up on his day off to join Paul for Old Friends, The Boxer and The Sounds of Silence. Extraordinary. Thank you for the video.
