So could I if I wanted a plain one. I have over 40 hours just in removing the ends of almost every cable, adding sleeving, re-attaching the ends, and then heat shrinking them. It was not just put together, almost no cables are visible although they all look very nice, but the pictures don't show much and the video was done in about 20 minutes, so it sucks pretty bad. I have done tons more to it and a few more things to go, but just don't have time. I even cut half the case to increase flow.
LOL..im so glad you see what i see...Half of this is probably lies..If you have the rig's you say you built put up a video or 2..mines going to be up soon SUB me and watch when its up..until then if you cant back up ur computer with pics..GTFO.. :)
LoL..I could build a computer in about an hour..but it would be a sloppy job. My rig is done the same way spinning lizrards is and trust me..removing each molex, sata and all 24 pins in the power connecter and replacing/modding them takes time. you're 11 as you say..you have tons of time on your hands..We don't..n/e ways nice job lizard..i love the sleeving job..I sleeved my cables just the other say..my computer is yet to be complete..i have $2000 in parts im still waiting on...
Heres my rig: Case: NZXT Apollo MidTower (Black) PSU: 630 WATT Raid max w/ modular cables CPU: Core Dou 2 at 2.66GHz GPU: 9800GTX+ 512MB DDRG3 MoBo: ASUS P5KPL-VM RAM: 2GB LED(s): Large blue LED, side fan LEDs, PSU LEDs, ALL BLUE! OS: Vista Home Premuim 32-Bit Fan(s): 135mm side fan (has 4 LEDS as mention before), 135mm back fan, 135mm PSU fan, CPU fan, GPU fan Hard drive: 465 GB Disk Drive: DVD player/RW
look im sorry i sound like a mean dude im actually a nice guy and thats a really nice pc but i just found it quite weird i guess i could see spending that long if you enjoyed building and customizing
i spend all day every day looking up parts on newegg even though i cant afford a new pc and my friend makes fun of me so i guess its hypocritical of me to criticize this guy once again sry
but still my point is i would never spend that long building a new pc
cool sleeving. is it the thermaltake kit? i bought it and its uv reactive. dont know about the cold cathode but if it is uv reactive you should light it up with a uv light.
why would you ever spend that much tim building a computer?!?!?! one year to acquire parts?! look up your stuff, buy it, and put it together in a couple of hours... no need to customize every little crevice of your case and cable sleeving
not really ill take my year thank you besides computers dont last forever i understand everybody wants awesome customizeed cabling and everything but he spent a lot of time and money on something he is going to upgrade in a few years anyway
I only had a few minutes (first video also) to do the video before it was due. I don't even have the computer fully done, but close. I have a lot of work on the video yet.

Sunbeam Lightbus ftw. Modded mine out by removing the blue leds and matching them wiuth red leds, to compliment red neons in case.

It is definitely blue. Wiring looks nice. Add some music to the video.
