(1) Why do we love flying?

(2) Why do we like to be at the airport?

(3) Why do we enjoy to watch the servicing vehicles prepare the aeroplane for next flight?

(4) Why do we feel that airport service vehicle are so special and funny?

I don't know if you're still interested but

1.) Flying is amazing because it introduces a new dimension to life. Physically controlling an airplane is not like driving. Also, the view of the ground, particularly at night is one of the most beautiful things in life.

2.) I like the airport because of the people. Everyone's going somewhere, the organization, the hustle and bustle, the pure logistic brilliance of it.

3.) Preparing an airplane shows the sheer complexity of it.

@applesweeter 3.) it reminds me of many people tending to a king. There's something about the way people interact with it that give it a live personality.

4.) airport vehicles are odd, because they don't seem to belong. While every part of an airplane is engineered, ground vehicles are a strange mashup of truck and tractor. Plus, the irony of a tug, pushing.
