Lovely story, thanks for sharing. Please, let us have your e-mail... Can you reply to this post with an e-mail to where we could write to you. Lucky to have the support of your Church. We are proud parents of an only child, 5 1/5. All dying to have a larger family, which naturally we can’t and would be honored to be considered adopting parents. T H A N K S.
Greetings from Latvia! I wanted to thank you for giving our orphans new family. I regret to say that our adoptive families mostly want to adopt just 1 or 2 children under age of 1 year or 2 years tops. Brothers and sisters don't get separated ... Very nice orphanage on your video :)
@kardancer1 - Thanks for watching our video! It's a long story but we had relationships with people in Latvia through our church. One of those people was an orphan herself after WWII and subsequently became a lawyer in Latvia and has a heart for adoption. Latvia is a small country, little resources, and still floundering nearly 20 yrs after independence. This is where our hearts were drawn for many reasons. If you want to know more we can exchange emails. Take care!
Thank you for commenting! Their original Latvian names were Anastasija, Dmitrijs, and Artjoms - now Anastasia, David, & Bennett. We have been truly blessed through the experience of adoption and through the work of the Sparrow's Nest orphanage.
God bless you and your family

Why did you choose Latvia, instead of a more common place like, Russia or China?
