  • maybe so but zach doesn't play it with bar chords he plays it without the bas notes :/

  • thanks mate

  • Electric my bad you no wat i mean

  • Haaaha need to learn this then teach it to my friend and then i can play the electic part!!!!!

  • I don't think you're right about the Em in the prechorus. I'm pretty sure it's a C/E.

  • @xJANKINSx probably this was a long time ago not the same guitarist.

  • It could be better with words))

  • thanks i needed to learn this :)

  • Thanks for you cover!! ^^

  • zacky uses the open chords when he plays it >.>

  • @mtndewman52 I wonder why the description of the video says this is e standard tuning

  • where do i get the chords to this? >.>

  • @bartimaeus31 in the description

  • I don't understand the chords site you gave, they are saying a D is something else than what I learned ?

  • @deadlyzin101 yeah it's called a bar chord, you probably know the open chords G C D Em E A Am but that limits you only half the songs out there... the rest use bar chords and hybrids so it's best you learn the 4 basic bar chords 2 are 6th root and 2 are 5th root.

  • @ThrowingItAway ahh yeah I know for some reason looking at that site confused me but I know what bar chords are. I just suck at them lol. Thanks for replying :)

  • nice didn't know it sounded this gud XD

  • Awesome Darlin :)

  • torturous song to play mate

  • this is amazing man, thanks. my girlfriend loves this song, and i suck at barre chords but i got this in just under half a day

  • @bcmh12 Struggle through the bar chords it'll really help you down the line!

  • EY THIS IS A GREAT COVER MEN

  • you wouldn't by chance have the strum pattern written down that you could quickly type in, or should I just write it down myself?

  • What does he mean by CA#, or CF??

    I need help guys!

  • @smoof4321 It means a C chord followed by a A# chord... or a C chord followed by an F chord there's no combo chords in this

  • @ThrowingItAway Actually there are a few combo chords, 2 i think. Good cover, but the actual acoustic part for the song is alot different.

  • @guitarchickena7x I just wanted to get the chords down , I know the strumming is totally different, and the Em chord isn't right . I've learned a lot in the past year and a bit.

  • @ThrowingItAway Lol no one really cares about the strumming pattern. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good cover though.

  • @smoof4321its 2 differents chords. C and A, C and F. Their not only one chord, their seperate

  • what tunning bro?

  • @theanasable E standard for those who don't know how to down tune....

  • so is it also in drop d tuning or is it natural eadgbe tuning?

  • wrong tabs not trying to dis u but good vid

  • @BaaDbOy96 A yamaha FD02 it's a really tough, durable guitar and I love how it sounds.

  • This is an awesome cover man, but I believe Zacky plays a slightly faster tempo.

  • E -----> C

  • Awsomes dude thankz :) xxx

  • send me tabs , i love this song . im padil

  • @watashisuzuki The chords are in the description, if you don't know your bar chords... try googling "bar chords chart"

  • send me tabs , pleaseeeee . i really this song , please dude , im padil

  • What do you mean by CA# and CF chords?

  • @jaykua I mean a C chord followed by an A# chord

  • bar chords make my fingers numb! :(

  • the Em chords don't sound good for me. i replaced them with C

  • Very well done, I'm not an acoustic player myself but I can appreciate this a lot. And btw I have that same a7x poster with the deathbat right behind me right now! great job :D

  • favorited. this is a great song. nice job on the chord chart. PS: i hate bar chord too. lol

  • @startingguitar00 I like bar chords just don't like when they cramp my hand.... I could have played this in d standard and it would have been mostly open chords. and I can't believe this has almost 20,000 views

  • yes, send me tabs please!!!!!. :(

    my name is. arttiskate

  • @xXPapacrackerXx The chords are in the description.... look them up if you don't know them. I made this video cause everyone got the chords wrong.

  • most of you who are posting have noooooo idea what you are talking about and probly have never picked up a guitar in your life.........and @ThrowingItAway you should have the chords diagrammed because i play most of them way different than you are playing them, and mine are the real chords so idk what your playing

  • @01Sk8r4Life10 Are you joking??? you have never heard of bar chords?

  • @ThrowingItAway like i said diagram them anyway for someone whos trying to learn this otherwise its useless to put a tab down cause most people (like myself) dont kno bar chords. and to answer ur question, yes ive heard of them, no i dont play them

  • @01Sk8r4Life10 you can play the chords anyway you like, in any form you don't have to use barchords.... you could tune down and play the whole thing in open chords if you'd like. I only wanted to get the right chords out there as the internet chord sheets are wrong.

  • what does A# mean?

  • @jsbuck99 A sharp or B flat

  • is that a grayson guitar? cuz i have the same on if you do

  • @wikiwangster5000 it's a yamaha FD02

  • thanx this is perfect :)

  • Respond to this video... you should make a tab vid for this song

  • u played em all with power chords..

  • @DKRaFiQ I did?!?!? I hope you know that Power Chords or 1 and 5 in the chords scale is two thirds of the real chord and it's not major or minor. a true chord is 1, 4 and 5 of the chords scale. SO in order to play this song I couldn't have used just power chords because you obviously hear major and minor chords. I assume you probably don't know about bar chords yet. Power chord fingering looks similar to bar chord fingering, in fact it's part of the bar chord fingering.

  • @ThrowingItAway @ThrowingItAway oh i c......... sorry......... was kinda, idk xD but uh, good acoustic cover... :)

  • is there a certain strum pattern or just go with the rythem of the song?

  • @mcrluva1609 I just went with the rhythm of the song. Zacky plays it differently

  • @mcrluva1609 oh okay. thanks

  • hehe im flaming homo :L

  • @GuyLarb No crap the chords are different.... it's in E standard not D standard. Don't lecture me on what chords I should be using.... I know my theory. I would explain why it's Gm not G but you probably wouldn't get it afterwards anyway.

  • @ThrowingItAway look, Zacky plays a G chord, you can talk about why you are playing GM all day, I'm talking about how he is actually doing it ..

  • @GuyLarb Zacky plays a G chord cause his guitar is tuned in D standard tuning.... Way to read the description >_>

  • @ThrowingItAway Actually, Zacky's Acoustic Guitar is Standard Tuning.

  • @Slasherrrrr I don't see why he would have it in standard tuning when it makes so much more sense to play in D standard... cause then most of the chords are open chords.

  • @ThrowingItAway LOL, I saw one of the videos of them live, and he plays it like your playing it. my bad. :)

  • best...

  • wow awesome... :)

  • Really good!Greetings from Serbia!

  • @sixpacknchbs Thanks from Canada

  • nice video man

    thx for the chords

was wondering wot the strumming pattern is tho

  • @ruggerz92 umm I don't know what the exact strum pattern is I just wanted to get the chords out there.

  • @ThrowingItAway ah kk then, well could u atleast tell me the way u strummed it?

  • @ruggerz92 .... just watch the video? down down down up down up until you want to puke.

  • i know what is bar chord but i looked at the internet for the chords you posted and they arent bar chords

  • @VIaDxP ..... a bar chord is just a type of chord that requires you to use one finger to press down multiple strings. and if that doesn't answer your question then I'll have you know that any simple major and minor chord can be played with just two bar chord forms. bar chords are your friends use them and learn them. you'll be a better player

  • perfect....sounds nice

  • Wow, such a stud, been looking for these for days.

  • great job :D

  • thanks for the chords dude, and very good cover

  • Have the same poster in my room haha

  • Finally. I've been looking for the right chords forever! Thanks for the upload :D

  • @SoaD8962 no problem, I know that the tabs on the internet are wrong =)

  • nice Firt Act guitar... ha

  • @mgraf44 it's a yamaha.... I'm assuming you have a first act guitar

  • what chords are u using???

  • @MrMatramone they're in the sub bar.... if you look

  • @ThrowingItAway but its not the same chord you use in the video

  • @VIaDxP umm those are the right chords I don't know what tuning you're using or if you even know what a bar chord is.

  • very good men i like to song

  • nice dude!

  • Bar chords FTW, that makes it much easier to follow along, thanks

  • no problem

  • @ThrowingItAway do you get people telling you that barring the A with your ring finger looks weird? 'Cuse my 2 other guitar players friends have both told me that, bar chords FTW though.

  • well you don't need to bar an open A chord it's better to play it with 3 fingers. cause there's chords like Asus and Am that have similar fingerings and it's good to have the muscle memory from the original A chord

  • @ThrowingItAway

dude can you please post how you play the #A and your C chord =] Thanks ill appreciate it if you would

  • they are pain in the ass man its difficult to hold them all though they are nice

  • there's only four main bar chord forms route 6 major and minor and route 5 major and minor. the other chords are more difficult to hold like a barred G chord.

  • man ur an expert

  • Very nice cover. The chords you are playing for the chorus are Dm F Gm C A# C Dm. Thought you might wanna correct that since you are indeed playing it correctly :D

  • @Musicianzg holy shit didn't even see that typo thanks

  • Np dude, I appreciated you putting the chords, ima be putting my own cover of this song up in a few days.

  • thanks

  • @Gleirbag no problem I'm going to post a electric rhythm soon maybe

  • thats a great job man!

  • thanks

  • lol, is that a Segovia?

  • @a4zk42 the guitar? no it's yamaha FD02 that's sadly broken and needs to be repaired...

  • great cover. Idk if you no anything about this but you play like your expeireinced and would. I need a good opinion lol. well I got a acousitc guitar (martin dx1) i love it like i have been looking to get for for a few months. Anyways before i bought it they re-strung it for me. When i slide down the neck like playing a power chord or something like that it makes a obnoxious scratching noise. Is it because the strings are new and havent broken in yet?

    thank you. great cover

  • Nice choice in guitar, and no that's just normal. all strings make that sound old or new, it's not obnoxious and usually it blends with the playing. it's like a ticking clock you only realize it's ticking when you concentrate on the sound, other wise it's just telling the time. the same applies to a guitar.

  • yea its really nice for the price i payed. And ya i know that all strings do that but like this is loud like very noticible, will it get a little wuiter after the strings are broken in a little more? and lol i liked your clock comparisin. clever.

    thank you

  • @FSPB123 It might also be your truss rod being too tight so your strings are too close to the fret board. backing off the truss rod should bring them off the fret board more. other than that I don't know what the sound could be.

  • awesome cover

  • nice

  • Shiiaat ! A like [;

aaand i favorited xD btw, Sexy poster in the back round haha !

  • Not bad? Dude you spelled AMAZING wrong.

  • XDDDDDDDDDD
