  • .999 aliminum alloy bullion bar?

  • Very nice vid! Interesting.

  • it is truely a majic metal

  • Bad ass machine you got there!

  • Pretty sure they just melt it down and pour it into a mold and press is down while stamping it.

  • any jobs going? i'll sweep up for less than minimum wage ;)

  • LOL!! The weight won't even be close to accurate. You'd be a moron to buy a bar that ways 10oz when it supposed to weigh 100oz!!

Still.... very interesting video. Nice work on the CNC.

  • very cool

  • money shot at 1:38 hahaha, nice vid

  • @ev06dre thanks for the laugh hahaha, great timing 6months later

  • NICE

  • i love it, thanks 4 sharing!

  • your feed rates are way to slow.

  • How much does one of those aluminum bars weigh?

  • must be a pricey machine

  • What a processs, But those are the best looking bars out there.IMO

  • I would love to buy those aluminum bars near spot

  • What does this have to do with porn?

  • I was thinking they were made from dies, anyways nice machinery.

  • Awesome vid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure people will counterfeit silver when it is $300 an ounce by selling aluminum like this.

  • when you set them down you can hear that typical aluminum sound :) other than that I would be fooled nice work.

  • i just came

  • thats ALOT of machining/time for one piece..plus alot of scrap (nice little milling maching though)

stackers are stamped on 250/500 ton presses near size/shape

then whittled..if need be..if at all

very little wasted time/scrap(it takes money to melt scrap into re-usable silver stock)

  • I wasn' t implying that they start with a large billet like that, only that they use that type of machine

  • Im sure you can sell them as silver or palladium to some dope.

  • @TheUncleBastard You must have a lot of downtime.....I can reduce your cycle time on that part by 55%, I am doing a time study as we speak...LOL

GREAT JOB!!!! We need more shop rats like you and parts made in AMERICA again!!!!

  • wow this is so cool! you can make your own Silver bars in to other geometric shapes :D

  • How long does it take to become a CNC operator?

  • Learning to set-up and program a simple part like that might take 2-3 years of work experience, depending on what other crap they made you do on a daily basis. If you just want to run the machines you could probably get an entry level job in a shop and work your way up to "operator" within 6 months if you've got something between your ears. If not don't bother, there's lots of unpleasant work for the shop dullard.

  • I wish I had one of them routers! Cool vid!

  • Nice work.

TheUncleBastard must have a good Silver and Gold contract with the mints?

  • Amazing how much time goes into it. My favorite are the Scottsdale Stackers ! Silver Rocks!

  • Thanks for posting this !!

  • That is fantastic, now the other vid can be watched with ease :) Entertainment plus, keep it up big fella !!

  • OH!!! That explains the last vid. :) That was mighty damned cool! Thanks for showing us how it was done!

-But you're one tricky Bastard ;-)

  • HAHAHA SO COOL!

  • notice how many YouTube silver 'experts' you fooled......morons

  • Well I knew they didn't sound like silver. And the ease to which he destroyed them meant they couldn't be silver either. Kinda like a magic trick where some guy saws in half a perfectly good woman.

  • good on ya mate... you feel better now you've got that out of your system?

  • yes, I do. The future looks BRIGHT!
