There wasn't too much contact in there, but the overall spin looked great and had a nice feel to it. You were quite one directional, as you pointed out. How long have you been doing contact staff now? Great job Rovo.
thank you! I started playing with staff a couple years ago and took some workshops from Noelski in that time but didn't really start practicing until this past May when i stopped focusing on poi and started playing with everything else. Taking Meg's workshop and just being around so many amazing spinners of every sort really helped push me towork on my other skills.

Wow, your body movement and footwork translate so well to staff. It's so unique.
Still lots to do to catch up with the other stars in the staff world man, but dude, your making lightning progress.
