Right, this video was put on here for her SKATING! not how she looks, she's obviousely enjoying herself and is Absolutely gobsmackingly amazing, this aint a beauty contest, its a sport, and if all you can say is, 'she doesnt look mature' even though shes 14, well you aint mature either, heres an idea, why dont you grow up and grow a pair.
Actually, in Skate Canada, I noticed some Japanese fans holding a Russian flag to show appreciation for their favorite skaters. Apparently she has fans in Japan.
Why does everyone say that she doesnt look mature enough,she's not going to look mature she's 14 years old,all I can say is that she is very very talented and unless you can do what she does then don't criticize her.
She is gorgeous (she could be Johnny Weir's little sister!) and is really a prodigy. The only think she really needs to work on are her spins (they're a little too slow and the positions look a little amateurish). What a jumper! And what a smile!
I feel she gets much slower here than in SC and TEB. I don't think height will be an issue for her when she gets older, but regarding weight, hope she won't gain more than necessary.

She moves across the ice with such speed and she holds beautiful positions. This was a great performance.
