Second, these boots are not water proof. The tongue is not attached to the sided, if that makes sense, so if water gets near the laces your feet will get wet.
They are also quite slippery on linoleum. I have owned many pair of Timberlands classic 6'', and they are my favorite, but these boots don't compare..
