What would you recommend doing for an elbow that has been broken in the past? I currently have metal plates and screws holding mine together, and have limited extension. I've been going to the gym, but have to avoid certain work outs.
Awesome training timbawolf !!! I like your method of supersetting a compound exercise followed by a isolation. Also the incorporation of bodyweight movement.
My views have changed. Years ago I subscribed to pre exhaust supersets where an isolation exercise is immediately followed by a compound movement. In the last few years, I tend to incorporate post exhaust or potentiation supersets where a heavier compound exercise is immediately followed by an isolation type or single joint exercise.
@timbahwolf i tried doing that cable pull down, its hard as hell and im going light light weight. I do about 4 sets of 10-12 chinups with 2 minute breaks in between and i can barely do 20-30ish lbs with those cable crossovers
wow, you're fit. Do you have any advice to prevent unequal body composition of the lats? cuz my left lats is larger than my right maybe due to my weaker left biceps compared to the right which helps me do pull ups.

Thanks, man. Um.... hate to admit it but was always a comic book geek and there was a drawing by Paul Gulacy in Master of Kungfu comic that I had wanted to emulate in terms of physique and proportions. LOL!
@timbahwolf so doing sholder pressing/mil. pressing what ever you want to call it behind the head can really hurt your sholders....... but does it hurt your shoulders in anyway to do pull ups like that?

Definitely high fat. Love my bacon. My carbs are no longer that low though...about 150-200g per day. So long as I'm in a slight calorie deficit and protein intake is high enough (200-225g on average), I can stay pretty lean.
Full Flip. Though when I was in the Philippines last summer, Filippinos always asked if I was Japanese or Korean. LOL! And once someone thought I was Indian... not referring to Native either. LOL!
