How To Setup Multiple Email Accounts Using Outlook 2007

change the name of the 'outlook' profile, by deleting it in the first place before you get started. Otherwise your first ever profile will always be called 'outlook'.

at 0.55 in the video you can choose different radio button 'prompt for a profile to be used', this will give you a drop down box when you load outlook and ask which profile you want to use. Choose your profile and click ok.
