it's vry clear that she sung n falsetto starting from 4:58 and stops to 5:00 then quickly shifted to chest voice in between approching 5:01. This technique has been done by almost all singers professionals or non professionals. I would find it incredible if she sung in falsetto and shifted to chest voice without stopping in between the lines... then that would be incredible but it's not ..what she did was commonly practiced by all singers.
