Love the new clothes! I live at the thrift stores. Love getting new, sometimes designer, clothing for practically NOTHING. Bought the cutest pair of black pumps last week, brand new, never worn, for $3.49! Yayyyyy!

I know what you mean by the dresses/skirts... I just bought my first summer dress and I love it... I never could say that before AND my legs don't abnoxtiously & painfully rub together! YAY! I have a store called "thrift town" down the street and they have some really nice clothing. I have to admit I have made a few trips over there since surgery. Where my food costs have gone down, I make up for it in clothes!

Isn't it wonderful to be a size that allows you to shop 2nd hand? I know women who ONLY shop at 2nd hand and consignment shops - but they are "common" sizes. I'm sure you will be employed soon! Nice haircut, too.

I am looking for work in architectural or civil design. The industry just got nailed when the economy tanked. No one is building much these days and the hills are covered with foreclosed property. Perhaps someone will her me for a different line of work - one where my personality will get me somewhere cause right now the resume isn't :)

love the new clothes!!! you're lucky to still be in the honeymoon phase, mine ended about a month out! eating habits for me go up and down...so hard to get it right but ugh, i'm a fighter!

True - not digging the job market at all. As fr eating habits, oddly enough, I eat really regular, healthy meals when I am with the professor. If it is just me, forget about it! I am awful!

SA and other second-hand stores are the way to go. Some stuff is like new for really cheap.

I'll keep checking your eBay site. I highly doubt I'll be buying any of your clothes but other stuff will likely catch my eye.

Well, you see, my clothes fly in and out of my closet so fast they sometimes get stuck sideways. Happens to us WLS peeps :) Maybe more to the ladies, you guys are not as clothes conscious as we are - or maybe you are, who knows ;)
