  • Don't mind the haters beautiful :) theyre just pisse off because they don't have the control to actually start and use these tips. Your stunning, keep your chin up and don't let them get you down!! Xx

  • Why are you people so insecure that you have to poke fun at this beautiful women ?? She is trying to help people and yet you find a way to try bring her down . I had anorexia which developed (well in conjuction with other things) as a result of the fucking stupid selfish pro Ana community .

    Love this chick !

  • You've clearly never been through any of this yourself..

  • Darling. Alot of anorexics start out as pro Ana then true anorexia takes over there mind and life. I don't think it needs to be stopped tho.

  • Uhm none of that was humorous at all--But the tips do seem helpful...

  • dant hate fatass cause ur not thin like anorexics

  • "this is not good at all" no sh$* man. I really don't like this girl and her video.

  • Lol Your tips don't seem to be working, take your own advice. No one can take you seriously about weight loss tips when you yourself are fat. You are making fun of pro Ana sites, and I'll agree they aren't the best but most people who do have an eating disorder have obtained it from the media,. So they aren't "mocking" it. What makes me laugh is that your fatass is on a site that makes fun of another sie? Bahah make your. Time beneficial and go do a sit- up.

  • Fuck You Whore

  • I don't understand bulimia. Id rather not eat than deal with all that coming up. Its really disgusting.

  • Its better if you mix your water with food and make soup... you stay fuller longer... have a chicken cube in your water... they've done studies on it you can ind the bbc docu on youtube.

  • YOu are so fat,sry but what is that??? i´m afraid of you!!! :,(

  • Based on what I have seen, most "pro-ana" people are extremely over-weight. I think that it's somewhat desperation to lose weight. When a girl has tried everything to lose weight, she turns to the last resort, which is simply not eating. Sad, but very true.

  • Do exercises. Such as yoga, palates, slow jogging, biking, that and drink water. Cold showers force metabolism to work harder. Brush your teeth when you feel hungry, it makes food taste horrid, mouthwash as well.

  • @Araniil That why why people like me who aren't low weight feel we aren't sick enough. Well atleast when we know we have it. I'm not sick enough to deserve help ya know.

  • will you all SHUT UP. She has binge-eating disorder, thats why shes talking about binge eaters. anyone of any size can have an ED. You can starve yourself and not be thin, you can throw up and still be big, it's a disorder called EDNOS.

  • i have an ED its not fun and for me its not like one day i said oh i wanna be aorexic and bulimic my whole life i remeberhaving a probliem with it btw im 15 so many of my cosins have it to my aunt ect but i didnt know that till resntly

  • Well actually to be diagnosed with anorexia one of the criterias are having a low weight.. but nevertheless you can still have an ED.

  • Yes, but having anorexia once, i ate alone so I could spit the food out.

  • So helpful! Thank you!

  • Psh those don't work for me. I'll binge no matter what. Know what works great for binge eaters? Puking. My BMI is 15.8

  • People's comments are pissing me off. Nothing has ticked me off more in the past year more than people who say "You're too fat to have an eating disorder" or things along those lines. I've heard it way to fycking much this year and I'm really done with it. Guys GROW UP!

  • Your no help to girls who acually believe that. Dont make it humorous

  • Notice how you of all people would make fun of those who reach out for support and if you are going to say that we are taking on the traits to loose weight. Yes we are. But Ana is a state of mind. Hence the reason its called a disorder because it prays on your mind. Pro Ana sights are for people who see it as something we chose. Something we love because when I look in the mirror I see a fat ugly girl. But Ana pushes me to see that with a little bit of effort I can and will be beautiful. It's

  • You're so beautiful.

  • Actual i am on borderline of being pro ana,

Let me defiend myself by saying its like an addiction like cutting. I have ana and sh tensencies and awaiting a diagnosis of bpd and historinia. For me it maybe because i may have bpd but these things are addictions saying one cant get it because it is a diesease , you start off by skiping breakfest then lunch then excessive working out then a restriction diet.

  • I like the concept, but I don't like what you're trying to call it. Call it "healthy tips" instead of "pro ana tips".

  • Good God !

  • Lmao heffer alert

  • WANNAREXIA!!!!!!!!

  • @bigklittlek Actually, green tea has a rather nice caffeine kick. Added to its other components, it absolutely aids digestion and metabolism. Be certain before you speak, and perhaps next time you won't look like a complete ignoramus.

  • I do #7 all the time... I am NOT pro ana. It IS a disease and is a serious matter. But I "am" Pro Thinspiration. Inspiration to get thin and loose wieght.

" WIth great sacrifice. Comes GREAT reward "

  • I can't tell what side you're on chick..........

  • Is this a joke? Pro Ana is no solution for overweight!

You will only change one sickness for another.

  • But...your fa-

    Nevermind. ;3

  • @HollisterBarbieex xDDD.. lOl

  • @HollisterBarbieex OMG I LAUGHED SO HARD

  • You are a sweet girl. I have anorexia and I no longer go to proana sites because I can't stand people who think they can "get" anorexia It's a disease, and it sucks!

  • I feel smart, I already knew all of this. c:

  • @ItsGlitterzzBetch lol, right i feel super smart also! I knew all of this also! New tip's please!

  • Love love love this video!!:) this helped me with my anorexia and I started eating again but now I eat healthy! To maintain a thin body:) good luck with your journey Hun!! :D and don't listen to the haters.

  • obviously your "tips" aren't working...

  • @BieberChiick that's a really harsh and mean thing to say! You don't know what she's going through, and you don't know how things are going for her!

  • @BieberChiick maybe she lost weight already? just b-cause someone is not skinny doasnt mean, he dont know. some are not trying b-cause theyre happy^^ they dont try.

  • @BieberChiick YO you dont have to be a dick about it

  • @BieberChiick wow you are such a cunt. oh well...bitch is a lost cause...c'mon, she likes justin bieber

  • @BieberChiick she could be bulimic, you dont know

  • green tea doesn't have any caffiene fat ass. obviously your "tips" aren't working because you are still a whale.

  • i'm an anorexic and before i actually watched this i was fully prepared to bash you for it.... but, i actually like you. this was not what i expected, in a GOOD way

  • @bloodymaryholic amen.

  • what do *you* guys think about the site called PrettyThin? Is it any good?

  • what do guys think about the site called PrettyThin? Is it any good?

  • Good vid! I know this has nothing to do with it but on a lot of pro-Ana vids people say to use splenda instead of sugar, but many people have done experiments on which is worse for u, and splenda is actually worse for u than sugar! And, diet foods trigger something in your brain that makes u hungrier! I'm not a doctor but I do know some facts

  • I love you!

  • thank you for validating these good tips. im for sure NOT anorexic but i have searched on pro ana sites to find tips like these to help me with curving my appetite or quick fixes to wrong habits. i obviously had to filter through a ton of diseased information, but its not all bad. its the medium of 2 extremes that should be people’s goal.

  • People don't always get on pro ana/mia sites to "get" anorexia. Most pro ana/mia sites are only for people with a pre-existing eating disorder. They aren't created for people to become anorexic or bulimic. Do some real research.

  • @leatherlyy: totally. Shes a total hypocrite

  • @NotThinYet you cant chose to me anorexic but you can chose to take up the habbits of one

you would be surprise some girls/guy do just wake up and say im not going to eat

lots on Anorexics have online communities where they do share and trade tips on how they can stay thin (ex pro ana websites)

and ppl do randomly go ana ..ive been there is it healthy no but people do it any way.

  • @xxxKillerKupCakexxx i agree with this. but most of the time, there IS some underlying factor that causes a 'wanna' to want to get to a dangerous weight. and by calling a person who is at high risk for developing an ed a 'wanna' will only make things worse. that one pro-ana online community runs a blog that tries to discover 'wannarexics' and will sometimes post up their IP adress, email adress, or make fun of them. i really hate that blog. >_< (lol offtopic)

  • @cokeandcherries agree

  • alright, think what you want, I have really fucked myself up by going on an Ana diet just to make my mother happy, I didn't think it could make you sick and I've been having relapses for a couple of years now, trying to get better, I know someone else who got sick with Anorexia just by deciding to starve herself too, I think of it as more of an illness than a disability because it sucks you in. You're right these girls on these websites may not be anorexic but that is how it makes you sick.

  • Fat people always have tips to lose weight lolololol

  • @yuyittt Hay ^^.. yes i had the same think xDDD ..

  • Oh for fuck's sake, just what this world needs: another fat girl who's "pro ana."

As a recovered anorexic, this annoys the hell out of me. -_-

  • why r u giving tips ... O_O .......

  • 16 and need a ana buddy to help me :) xxxxx inbox please <3

  • Green tea promotes weight loss? Sister, no offense, but you're not exactly thin.

And willingly starting a starvation diet to lose weight can and most likely will manifest in to Anorexia Nervosa.

  • @corrriemae Green tea does promote weight loss.....its a proven fact....and its only "starvation" if your body doesn't have enough reserves to function on.....if you're already fat you will NOT starve.....even if you did 100 cal a day..YOU WILL NOT STARVE(if you are fat)....I wish more people actually did research before trolling VLCD comments...Do you know y the body "stores" fat(extra food/energy supply) in the 1st place? yea........now think about it....

  • @kanohane I know that Green Tea and GT supplements have been proven to promote weight loss, but I'm not about to take weight loss tips from someone who is, well, OVERweight. If someone who is fat completely restricts food, his or her body will begin living off of itself (as in, the muscles and fat in the body will re-absorb). It doesn't matter if someone is fat or thin; starvation IS starvation. A fat person will experience the same side effects of food restriction as an anorexic.

  • @corrriemae Uhm..no they won't...Anorexics body doesn't have fat to live off of...so it eats their muscle....and then their VITAL muscles, such as the heart. On a fat person the body will eat the fat before the other stuff nutrients would be priority for them(get a multivitamin)....Just because someone is fat, doesn't mean they don't know how to lose weight...weight loss isn't easy ya know. Can a no talent tell you if you suck at an instrument? yes....they know...now stop stereotyping fat people.

  • @kanohane If overweight people starve themselves, it IS true that they have fat reserves for their bodies to temporarily live off of. However, starvation has the same effects on a fat person as it would have on a thin person; if one cuts calories drastically or completely, the metabolism will slow down, resulting in lethargy, extreme fatigue, irritability, loss of muscle mass, the list goes on.

  • @kanohane It is also true that fat people, like most people with common sense, know that a healthy diet and regular exercise will help one maintain a healthy body weight and, in turn, a healthy life style. Assuming you're overweight, my perspective on this argument won't get through, so I'll turn it around for you. What if you booked a personal trainer and she was anorexic and skeletal with no muscle mass whatsoever? Would you take muscle-building tips and tricks from her?

  • @corrriemae If she convinces me she's done her research and knows the subject, yes......most weightloss people are fat if you've ever noticed......and gym trainer(females) are scrawny......but train you any ways...I've failed to see a female trainer with abs.....giving a class on getting them...alot of them have bellies >_>

  • @corrriemae I get your point...I'm just an open minded person....I listen before I judge. But I know some people don't...lol this should've been 1 comment...

  • @kanohane LMFAO, yeah, I totally see that you listen before you judge. You certainly do a good job showcasing that!

  • @corrriemae I know it shows..if you'd stop being so biased you'd be capable too...

  • @kanohane *Cough* It's called sarcasm, Sherlock.

  • you do seem misinformed, a lot of people actually develop it through dieting, there is no known cause

  • @eddsbiggestfan There is no known cause because...only the girl who "gave herself" ana knows it....most of the time its molestation, abuse, or strict households that cause Anorexia "Nervosa", perhaps the girls have an issue with getting old or basically trauma...However, normal people do not get that MENTAL disorder, yes, it is literally a mental disorder...you can do an ana diet and still have common sense.....your body will tell you when its had enough. Anorexia is not Anorexia Nervosa...

  • @kanohane why don't you shut up and stop trying to be a know it all and replying to everyones comments that are lilke TWO YEARS OLD. shut up, you're just pissing people off. stupid.

  • @Downtownpatrol I didn't go further than a year back...and what's wrong kid? did I offend you? get over it...I'm just telling the truth, dont read it if it pisses you off.Because I'll reply with VALID facts all I want to.....now grow up you're making yourself look "stupid"

  • @kanohane seriously hun, in the nicest way possible i don't care about your (MILLION) comments on this video. so why don't you stop sending everyone notifications about stuff that they wrote forever ago (and yes i'm aware that comment wasn't 2 years old, i was ocer exaggerating) it's like receiving a reply to a text a year later and you haven't got a clue what they're on about. now if you don't mind i have more recent things to be replying to. no hard feelings.

  • @Downtownpatrol Notice, the yellow txt shows what comment I'm replying to genius(sarcastic)....Your argument is invalid....Hey look, guess I pissed you off again...idiot...

  • @kanohane .,.lol. no. you're just looking even more childish. fuck off man you stupid cow, nobody cares about your comebacks.

  • @kanohane i've been feeling suicidal for a few months now. i think you've just pushed me over the fucking edge so i hope you're happy with yourself. this fucking video and that very OLD comment of mine are the last things on my mind. sorry if i offended you but for a nurse you're not very caring! fuck my life!!!!

  • im struggling with ana right now, this was really nice to watch. thanks! xo

  • I had an eating disorder as a teenager because of images in magazines where women had thighs as thin as their shins. They didn't tell us about airbrushing then.

All I really wanted was for somebody to tell me I already looked nice.

  • Anorexia is a disorder anyone can end up having since it's caused my physcological factors. The rate of anorexia has gone up massively over time and that's probably cause of social pressures etc. Apparently it's risen up 80% over the last decade so that shows it's not just something that happens to a few unlucky selected people. It can happen to anyone depending on thier socialisation from the family, to peers to the media etc. And the media's pressure to be thin is bigger than it's ever been.

  • this is the perfect thinspo!!!

  • I think the things you focused on are great. I would just express caution for anyone using "thinspiration" pics skeletal or not. Everyone needs outside motivation, but habits like cutting out inspiring pics etc. can lead to obsessive unhealthy behavior and thoughts in some people. Great vid

  • awwhh your so nice and pretty :)

    great vid!

  • 1. I always eat alone. I wouldn't let anyone know what or how much I eat.

    2. One glass water per hour. I drink around 64 ounces per hour.

    3. Green tea? eh, no

    4. Gum? Why? The less I put in my mouth the better.

    5. Something gross? Like food?

    6. Sip between bites? What bites?

@NotThinYet hit it on the head.. wannarexia.

  • Pppllleeeaaasssseee tell me you aren't supposed to be pro Ana. Maybe pro Coe...

  • Comment removed

  • @LongLiveTheMurderer true but some people go "anorexic" because they want to even tho there like 80 pounds already.

  • Fat people can start off "dieting" and it can become out of control just as easily as some of the 13 y/o's on the sites. So suck it up, buttercups. She never said the video was for thinspo or anti-ana or any of that BS. So what if she's a BBW? Go gag to some Lohan pics

  • Good video! Helpful tips. To those being DB's- you don't have to suffer from ana/mia to find comfort in pro ana anything. The willpower some of these girls have serves as insporation for some of us larger women. Not to mention- not every anorexic starts at 90 lbs..

  • @xXEppoxylipzXx true i started at 145

  • Comment removed

  • @mmcea323 your a dumbass :] help any. Proves she's not afriad of cookies! :D SO SHUT THE FUCK UP! You cookie haterr

  • THANK YOU SOOO MUCH THIS IS SOO HELPFUL!!

  • So this is what media exposure does to people? People come in all shapes and sizes, as long as one's health is not being put in danger by being extremely overweight, then who cares how much one weighs? Thin people are not necessarily loved more nor are they happier or richer. Thin does NOT equal beautiful.

  • @ilypixie55 anorexia is a disease/disorder or watever you dont choose it's a emotional thing.

  • @MissNickasaurusRex

I agree with it being a disease/disorder but I don't understand the part of "or whatever you don't choose."

  • @ilypixie55 You can't just randomly choose "I'mma be anorexic" Nothing to do with the media or being fat. I'm anorexic.. And always will be. I'm terrified of gaining weight. I've never been"fat" I'm almost 15 and i weigh 90lbs I'm not a model, and no way and am i trying to be like people on tv and glossy magazines kay. Just sayin~

  • @MissNickasaurusRex

Now I understand. The wording was a bit weird in the first comment. I actually think that it has a lot to do with the media, and that people are conditioned to become anorexic just like they are conditioned to have a phobia of balloons, small spaces, and so on. Infants are not born thinking "I must not gain weight, I am too fat, etc." These behaviors are learned somewhere.

  • hey, this is really really good! i think its better if your tips is also transcribed on the screen, visual ppl (like moi) can understand it much better.

    how r u now? i hope u r or getting to a condition that u love.

  • after the pro ana tips, your tips are really good! i'm going to start saving for my lip piercing right now! By the time i'm done (I barely make money lol) I should be as small as i want to get and it'll look great on me!

  • @GaspLuv Wow where's my head lol? After tip 7, their really good :D

  • this is a great video... because she is actually right. never looked at it this way !

  • chew a lot.... 10 20 30 times even, that will surely help

  • Comment removed

  • @elibeth121 a hamburger is not healthy you tard

  • Comment removed

  • wow. i'm anorexic, and i thought i would be pissed at this video! your just defending us. :) and i love how you compare anorexia to binge eating, because they are very similar, so it's a perfect comparison

  • Comment removed

  • @elibeth121 i meant i want people to stop thinking were crazy for the things we do when they are clearly normal. and i never said they were great! i would kill the diseases if i could! this is pure torture!

  • @namineprincess1 if you want to buy a hamburger and eat in moderation it isnt going to kill you, is it healthy not exactly but there are healthy alternatives like boca burgers that are vegetarian. You can still eat junk food but every once in a while. Eating a moderate healthy diet and moderate exercise is all that you need.

  • @namineprincess1 so you like being defended because then it justifies your anorexia.

  • Hahaha wow, arieldarkblade69 is the only one who has her head on straight. What are yall talking about Anorexia being a lifestyle not a disorder? Wow, your really ignorant...how about you educate yourself then try and say something, thanksss. By the way,(to the beautiful, outgoing, and helpful lady who made this video), thank you, I found it very informative :)

  • you beat pro- ana for sure lol!!!

  • mmm this KFC is gorgeous..

  • So, do you have Binge Eating Disorder? That's the vibe I picked up within a minute of watching...

  • whos to decide whats healthy and whats not, gov't corporate scientists or what you want your body to be. life is short do what you want just dont overpressure yourself. to hell what the others think. if it makes you happy, do it.

  • Comment removed

  • @elibeth121 She's not giving out unhealthy or dangerous tips. All the tips she stated are quite healthy whether they're from pro-ana sites or not. any health site will suggest them.

  • Comment removed

  • @elibeth121 Ok. So you're telling me that if you go from eating whenever you want however much you want you aren't going to be hungry when you begin to eat healthy and "normal"? You're just making yourself out to sound ignorant. You are either obese and have no problem being that way or are skinny and have never had a weight problem or an eating problem. Perhaps you should talk about something you actually know something about.

  • Comment removed

  • 2. You are literally obese. In this video, you do not have a chin. Do not even dare publicise information that you believe is 'healthy' when all I can see is a giant blob of mush on my screen.

  • 1. You are not a trained dietician or psychologist. What right do you have to add to more bullshit diet information aimed at young women? Unless you are a professional what you are saying is dangerous, and even downright untrue at times.

  • @anaemicandsweet so it is okay for the other girls to put dangerous tips and messages and they simply do not know what they saying. They are encouraging anorexia and so is she.

  • @anaemicandsweet What she is saying is far from dangerous. how is eating with other people, drinking water (which by the way the average person is meant to have at least 2 ltrs of water a day), drinking green tea, chewing gum, cleaning, eating slowly while drinking water, using thinspo, avoiding junk food and saving the money instead, or eating out of a measuring cup dangerous in any way?

  • @ArielDarkBlade69 I agree with all of them except using thinspo. That just leads to emotional problems about not accepting who you are and no matter how healthy you are, you're not good enough. Thinspo using leads to nothing but self hate. You should want to lose weight for health, trying to conform to societies ideal of beauty should not be the reasoning behind it because no matter how "beautiful" you get, you will never be perfect in your own eyes.

  • @CreatingPulsars In a way that depends. If you use thinspo of models then yes. But if you use thinspo of yourself thats different. Unless you're using thinspo of yourself before you actually finished growing could be bad. But if you're an adult using pictures of yourself where you're an adult in the photos, it may be helpful. If you were ever small as an adult that is

  • @ArielDarkBlade69 Yeah, I would agree with that. Definitely go for it then but usually when people say thinspo they're talking about models and actresses so that's what I was thinking about but I definitely agree with you there.

  • just stop, these tips are 4 pro ana and pro mia, just jump on the treadmill and eat salad ( there are waaaaaaaaaaaay to many calories in gum and mints ) the reason why we drink so much water is for the food to com up quicker (that goes 4 us who are pro mia)

  • @waterballoon100 you do know people are meant to drink a minimum of 2 ltrs of water a day right? its not just pro ana/mias that drink water

  • some people on proana sites ARE Ana, some aren't.

Thats just the way it is.

    It isn't a disease, its a lifestyle

  • this was really interesting... I agree with the water... i find that when I drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, I'm a much happier person. Also, when I don't over eat and allow myself to actually feel hungry... food tastes better ;)

  • I also think a lot of the pro ana tips are good for people who genuinely need to lose weight, but anorexics are already skinny and still think they need to lose weight. The tips are not bad advice for someonw ho eats too much, but they are for someone who might develop heart disease if they lose more.

  • isnt anorexia an illness no a disease ? x.

  • @BlackRose42379 no it is a mental disorder

  • @One4theworld at 5'4 and 160 lbs, youre overweight...nearing obese...thats far from healthy...

  • This is probably an impertinent comment, but most men do not want women who are skinny, as in at all, let alone resembling the frightful anorexic "role models" in western media.

  • I remember that I binged one day and I felt so badly that I cleaned ONE room for like three hours straight (completely spotless not missing ANYTHING) and I had actually LOST a few ounces the next day and I didn't even feel like I was working out or anything. Definitely my favorite choice for burning calories. (Though, I never clean my room lol)

  • Thank you for this video! I'm going to go make green tea right now. :D

  • @Downtownpatrol If you are healthy then it is.

  • @Downtownpatrol lol drink a few liters of water a day and then you'll see!

  • @HollyBEDTalk ummm. Your pee should never be perfectly clear. That means that you can be poising yourself with too much water. Yes, it's possible.

It should just be a light yellow color.

  • @HollyBEDTalk if your pee is clear the you need to either see a doctor because you have diabetes or stop drinking so much water, it's unhealthy and it should be a yellowish colour...mmm ;D

    really though.

  • @Downtownpatrol Wtf lol..Im a nurse...and your pee is SUPPOSED to be clear or amber-ish...wtf does diabetes even come in at....diabetes = fruity smelling urine, glucose in urine, or sweet tasting urine.......clear....that's irrelevant...if anything cloudy urine is diabetic...Sooz, if your pee is yellow...you need to lay off the soda....

  • @Downtownpatrol Also, stop giving medical advice if you have NO experience......you sound really retarded...

  • @Downtownpatrol Yeah you do actucally? If you just drink water and dont eat for 2 to 4 days yeah...

  • @Downtownpatrol yea pee is actually supose to come out clear if u dont u need to drink water cuz thats bad for ur kidneys. if u dont believe us ask ur doctor or reasearch it, ask ur teachers whoever. and thye will tell u the same thing

  • @lorena33614 i have actually been told the same thing by my gyno

  • @krystalmeister yea most ppl dont know that

  • @Downtownpatrol If you drink a lot of water it is. My boyfriend has been dealing with a bad tooth and cold water is the only thing that stops it from hurting, so he has drank more glasses of water than I can count, and his pee, as he has told me, is clear as day.

  • @Downtownpatrol because you are not drinking enough water, duh!

  • @Downtownpatrol It is if you are hydrated

  • wow you are really mis informed.

  • @tattoogoddess85 How so? At least point out why.

  • i have been eating and drinking everything out of a measureing cup! that is the best tip ever. it makes me feel happy.
