i have an icon for qiuckgps which needs internet connection , is that means my phone dosen't have a gps hardawre and needs to connect to google maps for positioning ?
The Tytn II does have the GPS hardware. It has a full GPS receiver built in. Quick GPS is just a method to use the internet to assist in locating your current position quicker. Its not needed though.
You can use TeleNAV service with it which is a monthly fee OR you can use third party software which will cost you around $100. But the GPS itself doesn't cost money.
very nice review. Im not sure if u or anyone here has ever seen or used the nokia n95 phone, so im askin any comments on which is the better handset? Also id love to see a video of the camera and video speeds/quality, and if possible any games running on it such as 3d FPS etc. Great guy :)
excuse me im wondering can you please tell me how the msn messnger is like on the TyTN II if you could show it working in your next video that would be great.. cause im really thinking of buying one , Thanks and keep up the good work with the vids!
I want to do more vids showing software and will note that one. I am not a great user of MSN but it does work fine. Just log in to your normal account over data or wifi and it brings up all your normal account settings and contacts. Hope this helps.
awesome review. Im kinda confused but is this phone equivalent to the MDA Vario III? T-mobile in their tradional lameness seem to have named it something else. Does it have the same features?
Yes, it is the same machine. Vodafone also call it something different. The T Mobile version has different styling on the buttons, but as far as I am aware it is identical.

No need for a connection. Just use GPS mapping software such as TomTom or iGo etc. Google maps does need a data connection though.

Love your dedication! Without a doubt the most helpfull reviews of the Tytn II I´ve seen on youtube so far!
What do you think of the battery lifetime?

Thanks for your comments. Battery life is ok, but I'm a heavy user of PPCs so I charge daily in any case.
