What kind of bloomers is wearing Lulu (they're so outstanding)? I remember once an episode when Lulu jumped over a wall, but she ripped her dress and all her back was revealed (no shirt, but only bloomers). Then, Toby and his friends were approaching to Lulu, but she repaired the dress (I don't know how, but she did it).

You might be right, but grownups watch these shows too, and their opinion matters.

Kids might think cartoons are just a bunch of cheap jokes with funny drawings, but there are many people who see that there is much more to a cartoon than a funny drawing and a cheap joke.

And besides, the cartoons that were made for grownups (Looney Tunes and Popeye -- yes, they were made for grownups, South Park/Family Guy-- Yes, they're cartoons) appeal to grownups and kids, so both should decide what stays on.
