  • who will clean up this mess., there is alread that there carpet.

  • This scares the living shit out of me. And what the hell does CGI mean?

  • @1imthwalrus computer generated image

  • @1imthwalrus Computer Generated Imagery.

  • Nice use of the Apollo 13 score sir :)

  • It is true that the shuttle was destroyed. The Americans were forbidden to be in the space shuttle rather than the military confrontation in space ...............

  • Brilliant!

  • Fantastic work and to be honest, a bit scary. This is so realistic that it would be easy to convince people it was real.

  • if you were standing on the beach the day we lost challenger....well...this video would not be easy to make...yes..you did a great job here..but it does not settle well with me...I saw what was left fall to the ocean..standing in Indiatlantic on the Boardwalk...horrible memory...

  • wow, it's great work !!!

  • ...wow.

    we're not worthy....we're not worthy.

  • '

bring all space shuttle parts to america and clean up / repair,,,

dont throw away to outer space,,,

ussr russia can steal and learn about america space shuttle

  • simply chilling.

  • the cockpit part looks nasty

  • wow, just came across this.. you're really really good!

  • i blame starscream XD

But in all seriousness, you got skillz!

  • I've got to admit.. if they played this video on the news... it would be believed.

Like the hoax of "war of the worlds" radio back in 39'.

  • Amazing clever work

  • Dieser Shuttle wurde bestimmt von einem Nazi-UFO zerstört ;-)

Sehr gute Arbeit! NASA kann es nicht besser.

  • impressed. great !

  • Poor bastards wouldn't have had a chance.

  • outstanding :)

  • this looks so real

  • wooow muy buen trabajo de cinematrografia de seguro trabajas en Universal studios ;D haha

  • VERY impressed. If I worked for ILM, you'd be getting a phone call about now.

  • Wow dude your sotallented you could actually make a movie if you put your time ino it.

  • You Wouldnt Have Done This For The Government On 911 Would You?o.o

  • Jesus Christ, dude... It was really fucking scary... EXCELLENT WORK!!

  • pon un tutorial para ver como lo hiciste

  • Nice work, dude! Hope Dreamworks will call you!

  • This is the STS-107 mission Columbia??? Or is the other?

  • @Eslavasheva007PS3

Neither. They are hoaxes. This is video using shuttle images and has been edited to form this.

STS 107 occured while in the atmosphere, not in orbit. STS-51 occured on launch.

  • Shit hot for straight up 2D!

Thanks for making it clear that your vids are CG "hoaxes." As a believer in the UFO/Alien phenomenon, red herrings really burn my ass.

    Anyhow, nice work.

  • breathtaking.... just breathtaking

  • man u got great talent :) AMAZING WORK

  • i like this,i wish it was true...

  • just before I flush, that's exactly what I see

  • The chatting says "Atlantis" but the wing says "Endeavour".

  • wow

  • man u really need to get with george lucus man .MAD SKILLS

  • Love those tears and rips.

  • You should have had the shuttle pieces flipping around. That would probably be the more realistic approach.

  • @texasghost But I don't think there is anything in space to cause the pieces to do that...

  • This is world war III - 2050

  • They should put this in those If aliens invaded style documentarys

  • This is enduring masterpiece!

    Great work!

  • muy bien hecho, pero para que?

  • Very interesting. It's very well done, though debris would have most likely have drifted on different trajectories far from the point where the damage occurred and would probably not be visible by the ISS crew. However . . . if you had stuck to that principle, there wouldn't be any debris to show in the video. So, good job.

I''m curious about title of the music and what movie it is from. It made for good background music considering the subject; very somber.

  • FAKE. You can tell its fake because it looks like a 2D cutout that doesnt rotate three dimensionally. Also if it were real it would be on the news. dumbass.

  • @BoxxyFan you really need to read the fucking description you fucking DUMBASS!

  • @BoxxyFan read description and title, sherlock holmes!

  • @BoxxyFan your the real DUMBASS, can't you read description???

And his name is TheFakingHoaxer!!!!! WAKE UP

  • @BoxxyFan LOL READ DESRIPTION OF VIDEO BEFORE COMMENTING MAN.LOL

  • don't get me wrong but fakery can be spotted always...this is work from, 0 to 10, at about 5...and i say 5 because it can be seen real easy, for example, every video have the same thing...when you zoom in its like a digital zoom the video quality stays the same or is getting worse...and that's just the thing EVERY FAKE VIDEO HAVE BAD RESOLUTION...

  • in this particular case you have the same thing...and more, little very small parts of the shuttle that you used are grouped, in other words they are moving at the same speed and in reality they would have individual speed and rotation, each one whid different axis, and here they have no rotation...i am sorry...everybody here are excited about your work and it is good, even i subscribed but...really great work is recognized in small details...keep it up, peace...

  • I agree with everyone else here: you better be getting paid to use such talent.

  • 1 week to go to the end of the shuttle, lets hope this doesn't happen!

  • Awesome work! I applaud you!

  • UNBELIEVABLE! That looked spot on real. And the music was perfect too. Please tell us you get paid for this now.

  • That's a really nice hoax.

  • Very well done.

  • Hey! that song is Apollo 13

  • FANTASTIC WORK DUDE!!

  • WELL DONE!

    I'm impressed.

  • @EnergyOM Me too! Top job!

  • @ZeroSixtyFive I almost thought that it is real! And that's very cool.

  • It makes you think micro meteorites shredded it. All the other comments say ho to hollywood: I agree.

  • nice but weak since those pieces rotate only around 1 axe

  • Astounding. How can I find it moving when I know it's not real? Because you're BRILLIANT! I bet you're hoping a major studio notices these, and I hope you're right.

  • Dude, don't make this a hobby! Get this to some of the hollywood CGI companies as part of a resume. How do you think those guys get their jobs?! Great work! It just needs to be done in HD, tho. A bit out of focus and grainy.

  • While very impressive, I thought the shuttle fuselage lacked depth.

  • Go to Hollywood right now, that is an great video!

  • looks amazing

  • incredibile, bravissimo

  • There's something extremely emotional and unsettling about seeing the destruction of a spacecraft orbiting the earth. Its much more than just sadness. The mind races to connect the loose ends of the story. Were they attacked by aliens? abducted? are they all dead? this brief shot at once highlights the incredible loneliness of the human race and the importance of standing united.

Bravo on the idea and its execution. Like I said before, you have the gift.

  • Great work. The video is very realistic.

  • You definitely have the gift of illusion. Pursue it. The best part is that this is all overlaid 2D imagery. Good job.

  • at 0:39 at the left side, is that a transformer??

  • go work for nasa .... pffff

  • OH MY GOD YOU ARE AMAZING!

  • words cannot describe how good this looks. unbelievable quality job with the effects there. very nice. would had been nice to see a zoomed out view showing all the pieces in frame though.

  • i tyr to do something like you but you are the master i am learning to use after effects

  • this is great video you have done love thw work its puts a new light of the shuttle in space thw way to did it shows new light of the disaster than Nasa says what happend to them has thay try to come home

  • You used the music from Apollo 13 didn't you?

  • Haunting indeed - TFH is the best YouTube channel EVAR111!!!

  • This is a truly inspired and utterly haunting piece of work. You are very talented indeed. (Jon Sorensen)

  • I agree it does look good. but.. I'm a big Sci Fi fan and I know this sounds critical but when things explode or are hit by projectiles in space they wouldn't fly straight and level.. they would rotate and spin with momentum as a result of the explosion. .. wouldn't they ? Also the pieces of the shuttle don't look all that 3D to me. Also the music reminds me of Battlestar Galactica a bit

  • Thumbs up if you're a fan of TFH and think he should get paid by a major movie studio to indulge more of his hobby!

  • after I saw this I really want to know how to photoshop...

  • spectacular, 10/10!

  • man that looked so real

  • YOU sir are very very talented. good luck for the future. this is what you should be focusing your carer on in my opinion.

  • sweet. nice work.

  • FANTANSTIC!!!

  • you rock man.. really.

  • Best of yours.

  • Excellent CGI work, not only with Photoshop (modifying pictures of the shuttle) but also with Adobe After Effects putting it all together in the moving enviornment of space! It looked nearly 100% real, the movements of the smaller objects looked very convincing to me. The only thing that seemed unrealistic was that the large pieces would have also been turning and moving if it was real debris. (Hard to make happen with pics). I'd LOVE to see what you could do with 3D annimation!

  • Beautiful work. Very, very good. Haunting to the point of almost being disturbing.

  • Wow. Kinda haunting but absolutely awesome.

  • Very impressive!

  • Amazing work mate

  • Great work!!! Lots of hours to do the clip..Amazing

  • I have Premiere 6.0. I'm still trying to figure out how to enlarge video frames. It's one hard program to figure out. I'm getting there. It's tough. Good fake video. Makes me wonder how many UFO videos are fake? Though it doesn't matter. Because if 10% are real? Where's disclosure? Thumbs up to ya. Peace!

  • Great sequence. All I could possibly suggest is that the particles you simulate around the shuttle need (some of them) to tumble rapidly. The lack of friction up there should make them spin (and stay spinning) at a rapid rate. Other than that, very well put together, dramatic clip. Keep it up.

  • I would love to see you do some SFX in the movies i love your attention to detail.

  • Nice work. Critique: debris from explosion would have moved a good distance away moments after the 'disaster', and those nearby otherwise would be traveling at the same relative speed (floating along with); earth background IMO moving just a tad to fast. Still, terrific work.

  • Devastating, it puts a knot in your gut and how a hobbyist that created a short 3:39 youtube video has made a more powerful impression than a full featured movie could have done. Good work, and may it never happen. (again)

  • what ever your work is quit man and show this to some people i nthe effects industry you will be compensated for your talent like the grand artist you are please stop wasting your time doing what ever else it is your doing . in my mind where pictures were easy to doubt you have definitely blurred the line in real and fake in video this make me question most videos i have seen or will see .......come one man thats gotta mean something?

  • Fantastic! Dammit man - you should work for a professional studio!

    Awesome job!

  • Work in progress? looks pretty damn complete to me. very good attention to detail. studio quality work.

  • Hi, are you sure you are the CGI author of this video? If yes, please prove it.

  • Ok TFH...I know it's a hoax... but if you can make people cry like I did with this 3 & 1/2 minute video and you're like, maybe a checker at Wal-Mart or a used car saleman... I'm gonna cry more because you are so in the wrong profession.

You have such raw talent. Great work and please, keep them coming !!

    4ever your fan <3

  • amazing work

  • song?

  • very nice work

  • ASTOUNDING!!!!

  • Is this song from Apollo 13 movie?

  • WOW! That looks so real !

  • If you're really this good. You could defiantly make your own movies and put them on here. I mean if you wanted to be and editor or a director you could really get your start on here with stuff as good as this. The men talking was convincing and you have and excellent music choice to set the mood. You got some talent man.

  • if you wouldnt have said that its CGI, i would have opened google, and tried to look it up:D, very good

  • MY GOD. With the music and radio chatter, this is fantastic work.

  • This clip is incredible. Is brutally realistic. It shrinks the heart to see thtat destroyed station.

  • Hey do you think you could create one but it gets disintigrated in orbit?

  • youtube.com/watch?v=R-_T0fT7zHs

  • amazing..you'll surely find work in the industry of entertainment with this stuff...great talent indeed and a lot of back pains i presume...haha ;) keep it up is beautiful even if some clowns will use it as real...

  • That's really amazing how convincing that looks! Reality vs. Computers: The line is officially blurred almost beyond recognition!

  • Wow.. thats all i can say. Great CGI and i love the atmosphere you create with the music and speech.. awesome work.. hope to see a full length feature one day

  • And how did it break up?

  • Sad how the astronauts die......

  • Impressive work, but for more realism you should hypothesize some particular disaster and then simulate it. Except for the wing fragment nothing tumbles. The pieces should spin randomly and independently, each around the axis with the greatest moment of inertia. It's also unrealistic for all the pieces to fly together in formation.

  • You should've just posted a video of Columbia. Far less work for the same result.

  • Holy shit! When did this happen?? Oh I get it... someone should be paying you for your work Faker. Don't waste your talent on You Tubers! The music you use os also fantastic

  • poor shuttle :'(

but you did a good video

  • also, nice voice acting.

  • Wow, truly amazing work. So realistic it's almost scary and haunting.

  • This is amazing, not only because it looks great but because you used only Photoshop and After Effects. Not that there's anything bad about those two programs of course, but I thought you had used a 3D modeling program of some sort.

  • same to me when you see this, even it is fake, you feel your heart. Dont fake with space

  • nice work the effects look so real. like it realy happiend.

so if anyone lived and was still on bored how wold thay do the rescrew?

  • if an amature can do this just imagine what the secret government and the NWO can do with the resources they have.

  • very good work. what more can i say...

  • I just came back to say that I was too darn busy cryin' my eyes out the first time

I saw this to see the name on what y'all left of Endeavour's wing.

Some bitchin' hobby you got there, buddy :)

  • very nice work man lol

  • I really have to say you did a fantastic job! really have to be impressed to say that to someone. You certainly covered all bases. good musical score for the scene also.

  • I have been attempting this kind of thing. Using Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Apple Final Cut Pro. You are clearly more accomplished than I. If you search for "Airship over Danville", you will see a couple of mine. I have a lot to learn.

  • Amazing

  • These effects are pretty awesome :)

Are you involved with the special effects in any major movies, or any movies at all? Thatd be cool, and a great and suiting career for you, my friend. Keep up the good work :D

  • @KLG5909 Thanks, no I just do this as a hobby at the moment.

  • @TheFakingHoaxer No way, as a hobby? this stuff is great really really realistic, looks just like it would fit in a film, seriously, stuff like this in films would shake the world

  • @TheFakingHoaxer You should seriously work for a studio or maybe do freelance work. You're extremely talented.

  • @TheFakingHoaxer I wonder

  • @TheFakingHoaxer You are awsome. My respects to you man. Music is very well done too. As you know, music enhances our feelings. I felt so sad when I saw those images. I hope it will never happen my friend. Thank you for your wonderful work.

  • @chelisito41 The music is from Apollo 13, I believe. It has an excellent soundtrack.

  • @IzackN what scene is it from i forget

  • @Lexem100 I haven't seen the movie in ages, but the track is called "Dark Side of the Moon" so I'm guessing it's during their free-return and loss of signal.

  • @IzackN thanks

  • @TheFakingHoaxer More hobby! More hobby!!!

  • @KLG5909 i agree

  • just amazing stuff !!!

i have told so many people about your work

  • this looks too real

  • Excellent stuff ...wow!

  • Excellent stuff! wow ...

  • You should do a full tutorial of how do you do this amazing videos

  • Is that Earth or Venus in the background?

  • @raptorinator its the earth.^^

  • what's that green stuff that looks like grass or something...?

  • Amazing stuff! I think this is the best FX I've ever seen outside of Hollywood.

  • Amazingly good !!!

  • Killer stuff.

  • Endeavour? ENDEAVOUR?? Oh no you didn't! Go blow up Discovery of Atlantis! You leave my Endeavour alone!

  • Great job! I looks good!

    Two problems with your video.

Around 1:30, there is a shot of top of the shuttle's head with Earth as the background.

About 2:10, there is another shot of the nose, of it's Port side (left?) with the access hatch......-with- Earth as it's background.

Newtonian law....when it's in motion, it stays in that motion. The nose doesn't turn it's left towards the viewer. The view should had shown spaces as a possible background.

Looking forward to more great vids!

  • There is a strange, horrible beauty to this work, the way the pieces move in space. I am very impressed with your work.

  • I did not cry.

  • You are a special effects wizard!

You know how to tweak everything. Good Job!
