Ur brave to go on this show becoz they seem to hate all magicians. I thought u did the trick well, unfortunatly it was word for word the same as Paul daniels' routine. I think even if Paul daniels or tommy cooper came on this show they would get buzzed off as well becoz they don't give u time to build the trick up. This trick gets really good near the end.
He got buzzed because regardless his talent he's still a bad magician because he isn't a good showman sorry and this is coming from a fellow magician.

Card sleights mate thats all I can say. And flourishing. Walk on stage doin that with good music and your there. But you will be to old before you master any of it

work on paul daniels' routine. the audience is only ever interested if you do the whole ball and cup speech extremely fast because they don't know what's happening. also, work on your shapeshifter.
feel bad for ya there - the camera angles didnt show the passes and im sure you were heading to a couple of good final loads but you got stopped before anything really happened.
that said - CC isn good for big audiences and against the clock you should have dumped the intro patter - no time for it.
(nb- table cloths look suspect when they arnt, best go without.)
admire your devotion to the art though , all the best
The "problem" is that a good magic trick is made to look easy, as if it just happened and no skill was involved, and that is exactly what you did; they didn't see all the practice it took you or the sleights involved in the actual performance. But of course it wasn't as good as the original-but come OOOON. ;) You should work on a unique routine, or, at least modify this one to make it your own. :) Good job with the elephant bit too, you got a smile out of even Simon. ;D
The only thing I can say is that you should invest in more stage type illusions, becuase you already got the charactor down along with the comedy, you just need something a little bit more visible on stage. But great job though!
